A simple but very cozy place.
It is well ventilated, shaded side, well located, plenty of parking space on the side of the room.
Owner is attentive, honest and very generous.

A cozinha é grande tenhi pecina.
OBS: só precisa arruma aquele telhado que passa uma tinta portão de entrada o grande.
Very good salon, nice space for parties and birthdays, weddings.
The kitchen is great tenhi pecina.
OBS: you just need to fix that roof that passes a paint the entrance gate the big one.

Very nice and very familiar and cozy, well-ventilated place perfect for reunions of all kinds especially family get-togethers. You can rent that you will not have a headache, organized administration having even contract, the owner is very fine people.
