★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar não é muito bom com prazos, é a segunda que encomendo jaleco e a segunda vez que não entregam no prazo. Ja faz 60 dias que encomendei dois jalecos que ainda não ficaram prontos e já estão pagos, entendo que a procura é grande mais se não aguentam a garga de encomenda não aceitem novas encomendas, me falaram que entregariam em no maximo 40 dias que ja se passaram.
 This place is not very good with deadlines, it is the second that I order a lab coat and the second time they do not deliver on time. It's been 60 days since I ordered two coats that are not ready and are already paid, I understand that the demand is great if they can not stand the garga of order not accept new orders, they told me that they would deliver in the maximum 40 days that have already passed .

Excellent job. There was only a little confusion regarding the delivery date. A date was given (it was on the tax receipt), but it was not ready.

Ambiente bonito, limpo bem iluminado. Tem estacionamento. Atendimento profissional. Atendente educadissimas. Quarta irei retirar as peças que deixei para conserto e posto novamente o resultado.

Beautiful, clean environment well lit. It has parking. Professional service. Educadissimas attendant. Wednesday I will remove the parts I left for repair and put the result back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos em atendimento ao cliente, péssimos em respeito a prazos, péssimos em comunicação. Fiquei um mês esperando por um serviço para descobrir que nem anotaram meu pedido, e quando fui pessoalmente tentar resolver simplesmente não quiserem me receber pra conversar e esclarecer!
Bad on customer service, bad on deadlines, bad on communication. I was waiting for a month for a service to find out that they didn't even take my order, and when I went personally to try to solve it, they just didn't want to receive me to talk and clarify!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço demora a ser feito . Deixei uuma.calça para ajustar a bainha e quando fui buscar no prazo estabelecido pro eles ainda não estava pronta...deveria voltar somente após as 14h. Isso porque a calça ficou lá 1 semana .
Service takes time to be done. I left uuma.pants to adjust the hem and when I went to pick them up within the deadline set for them, it wasn't ready yet...I should only return after 2pm. That's because the pants stayed there for 1 week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência com a empresa. Levei uma calça de alfaiataria para fazer aperto, dias depois de pronta fui usa-la. o zíper ficou torto e descosturado.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the company. I took a pair of tailored pants to tighten them, days after they were ready I went to wear them. the zipper was crooked and torn.
