★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos vinha recarregando com eles, porém houve um problema com um toner extra que comprei, que veio sem tinta (até acho que não foi por má fé, mas um erro mesmo) e a dona/gerente da loja foi tão mal educada e insinuando que eu quis dar uma de experto, que mandei cancelarem o serviço que seria feito e não irei mais utilizar dos seus servico. NÃO RECOMEDO para ninguém, educação é o minimo que deve se ter.
I had been recharging with them for years, but there was a problem with an extra toner that I bought, which came out of ink (I don't think it was out of bad faith, but a mistake) and the store owner / manager was so rude and hinting that I wanted to be an expert, that I had to cancel the service that would be done and I will not use your services anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone, education is the minimum you should have.
