★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma piscina muito boa, petiscos ótimos na área da piscina, cerveja gelada. Quarto grande. Uma boa experiência e meus filhos gostaram demais de curtir a piscina.
 A very good pool, great snacks in the pool area, cold beer. Big room. A good experience and my kids really enjoyed enjoying the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Hotel, bem aconchegante. Na verdade, creio, é um misto de hotel, flat e condomínio. Mas há convivência. Os apartamentos são novos e a piscina é top, muito legal. Bastante espaço. Fica dentro do parque do peão, e tem as atrações bem pertinho. Ou seja, torna-se um local diferenciado em função das opções....
Top Hotel, very cozy. In fact, I believe, it's a mix of hotel, flat and condominium. But there is coexistence. The apartments are new and the pool is top, very nice. Enough space. It is inside the pedestrian park, and has the attractions very close. That is, it becomes a differentiated place depending on the options....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores experiências que tive em hotéis da minha vida, provavelmente a pior de todas, 2h30min pra fazer check in, apesar de recepcionista interessados, a "chefe" da recepção Letícia foi um poço de arrogância e o gerente Adriano se demonstrou pior... Querendo inventar justificativas.... O quarto apesar de agradável estava mal limpo e o hotel fica mal localizado em relação a cidade.
One of the worst experiences I've had in hotels in my life, probably the worst of all, 2h30min to check in, despite the receptionist interested, the "boss" of reception Letícia was a well of arrogance and the manager Adriano was worse.. Wanting to invent justifications... The room, although pleasant, was poorly cleaned and the hotel is poorly located in relation to the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei réveillon no hotel. O hotel é bonito, limpo e aconchegante. Achei a organização ruim, talvez não estavam preparados para a demanda do réveillon. No pacote pensão completa o primeiro dia não teve refeição, apenas a ceia as 23h no salão de festas que ganhamos o convite para ir (no pacote). Isso fez com que os hóspedes pagassem almoço e jantar porque ficar até às 23h sem comer não tinha como. A festa no salão Berrantao foi linda, porém abriram os portões as 23h passada, tinha idosos e famílias aguardando na longa fila. Achei descaso, lá dentro a falta de organização estava imensa quanto a acomodação e mesas. Tirando isso, a festa estava linda. Em suma, o hotel é muito bom, comida boa, mas faltou organização para receber os hóspedes nessa data.
I spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. I thought the organization was bad, maybe they weren't prepared for the New Year's Eve demand. In the full board package, there was no meal on the first day, only supper at 11 pm in the ballroom where we were invited to go (in the package). This made guests pay for lunch and dinner because there was no way to stay until 11 pm without eating. The party at the Berrantao hall was beautiful, but the gates opened at 11 pm last, there were elderly people and families waiting in the long line. I found it negligent, the lack of organization inside was immense regarding accommodation and tables. Other than that, the party was beautiful. In short, the hotel is very good, the food is good, but there was a lack of organization to receive guests on that date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é bem bacana, mas com pontos negativos no quarto, não tinha TV (nunca tinha visto isso), e não é explicado de forma clara esse detalhe. Não tem um porta toalha, nem lugar pra shampoo e sabonetes. A cortina blecaute muito ruim, pequena e com isso não faz o seu devido papel. Pelo preço cobrado, são "detalhes" que seria fundamental. Ponto positivo: limpeza e café da manhã top.
The hotel is very nice, but with negative points in the room, there was no TV (I had never seen this), and this detail is not clearly explained. There is no towel holder, no place for shampoo and soap. The blackout curtain is very bad, small and with that it doesn't do its proper role. For the price charged, it's "details" that would be fundamental. Positives: cleanliness and top breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei o final de semana (21/05 e 22/05) no hotel. Cheguei para um evento de casamento, ao qual me indicaram este hotel para a estadia, e ao chegar no período da noite, não tinha nenhum serviço do hotel para me ajudar a retirar as malas do carro, graças a Deus tenho condições para fazer isso mas imagino se fosse uma pessoa idosa ou com uma limitação de locomoção. Foi péssima essa primeira impressão. No check-in foi rápido o atendimento e as instruções recebidas, mas no quarto tivemos outro problema novamente. Um dia anterior recebemos uma mensagem no celular para confirmação da hospedagem e o tipo de cama no quarto, havia pedido casal, eu e minha esposa, porém no dia do check-in quando cheguei estava com 2 camas de solteiro. Após uma viagem de 6h de estrada, tive que ainda esperar mais um tempo até alguém vir no quarto para montar a cama de casal, isso porque o próprio estabelecimento entrou em contato um dia antes para confirmar, porém acho que não serviu de nada. Percebi que o quarto e o banheiro faltavam alguns itens essenciais. Por exemplo, no quarto não havia telefone fixo, para qualquer ocasião que precise falar com o hotel eu preciso ligar do meu telefone pessoal. Caso fique sem bateria infelizmente fico incomunicável com eles. O banheiro é super limpo com aparência de novo, parece que acabou de ser reformado, porém tem um péssimo problema na minha opinião. O banheiro não possui nenhum tipo de toalheiro, ou seja, não consigo pendurar a toalha usada em nenhum lugar, e serve também para as toalhas de rosto sem um gancho para apoio e o papel higiênico para o vaso sanitário. O café da manhã é muito bom, com muitas variedades. O atendimento do hotel em si é bom, porém esses pequenos detalhes fizeram a diferença para mim na minha estadia. Acho que o hotel tem potencial para melhorar muito até porque está dentro do complexo do Parque do Peão.
I spent the weekend (21/05 and 22/05) at the hotel. I arrived for a wedding event, to which I was recommended this hotel for the stay, and when I arrived at night, there was no hotel service to help me remove my bags from the car, thank God I can do that but I imagine if it was an elderly person or with a limited mobility. That first impression was bad. Upon check-in, the service and instructions received were quick, but in the room we had another problem again. The day before we received a message on our cell phone to confirm the accommodation and the type of bed in the room, I had asked for a double, my wife and I, but on the day of check-in, when I arrived, I had 2 single beds. After a 6-hour road trip, I had to wait a little longer until someone came to the room to assemble the double bed, because the establishment itself contacted the day before to confirm, but I think it was of no use. I noticed that the bedroom and bathroom were missing some essentials. For example, there was no landline in the room, so for any occasion I need to talk to the hotel, I need to call from my personal phone. If I run out of battery, unfortunately I'm incommunicado with them. The bathroom is super clean and looks like new, it looks like it has just been renovated, but it has a bad problem in my opinion. The bathroom doesn't have any kind of towel rail, that is, I can't hang the used towel anywhere, and it also serves the face towels without a hook for support and the toilet paper for the toilet. Breakfast is very good, with many varieties. The service of the hotel itself is good, but these small details made a difference for me during my stay. I think the hotel has the potential to improve a lot because it is inside the Parque do Peão complex.

Fui no ano passado (2021) e não estava assim não! Atendimento da recepção péssimo, meninas grossas, mal educadas, em todos os turnos (falta profissionalismo principalmente na hora de pagar), entendendo que provavelmente é uma realidade distante de cada uma, mais tem que fluir, imagina um Gusttavo Lima se hospedando, de fato não estão preparadas, pois quando fui pagar faltava ar, tremedeira, erraram muitas vezes por ser a vista meus pagamentos. Serviço de quarto não existe, para um valor de diária que eu e meu marido pagou (515$ o dia), pedir qualquer coisa dentro desse hotel, virou "favor".
Mulheres da limpeza mal encaradas, nem te responde o bom dia dado, não limpam direito, usam um pano fedorento, sujo, não lava banheiro, lamentável.
Pessoal do bar forçado demais, são muito incovenientes, querem saber até o que você faz da vida, chatice pura!!! Piscina, virou o que gente?!RS......Acredito que é um clube hoje em dia e não somente hotel, sério, não entendi nada, uma pouca vergonha na parte da piscina. Não estamos mais em "pandemia", que tal fazer um treinamento com essa galera que vocês contratam para trabalhar? Porque fui fora de temporada, imagina quando chegar a tão famosa festa de peão, heim?!
E o restaurante? Melhorem, por favor!!!!
Contratem pessoas capacitadas (quem cozinha mesmo de verdade), pratos servidos não correspondem com o que chega, apenas. Já fui aí e não está mais o mesmo, achei que estaria até melhor, ia ficar bem mais dias hospedada, mais fui embora antes do previsto, credo, horrível.
Café da manhã, o que é servido no final de semana é o mesmo durante a semana toda, as massas chegam estar duras do tanto que esquenta, frutas escuras, doces passados. Somente o café preto que é bom porque sai da máquina.
Dinheiro pra mim e pra vocês "independentes", não é problema. Mais não se esqueçam que não é o lugar e sim as pessoas, e as pessoas (funcionários) estão "queimando" o lugar! Talvez não estejam sabendo de fato o andamento do hotel, pois vim aqui para lhes dizer.
Um lugar que amava me hospedar e hoje não volto nunca mais, pois meu $ não é mato!

I went last year (2021) and it wasn't like that! Terrible reception service, rude, rude girls, on all shifts (lack of professionalism especially when paying), understanding that it is probably a distant reality for each one, but it has to flow, imagine a Gusttavo Lima staying, in fact they are not ready, because when I went to pay, I was short of breath, trembling, they made mistakes many times because my payments were at sight. Room service doesn't exist, for a daily rate that my husband and I paid (515$ a day), asking for anything inside this hotel became a "favor".
Poorly regarded cleaning women, they don't even answer you the good morning, they don't clean properly, they use a smelly, dirty cloth, they don't wash the bathroom, unfortunate.
Bar staff too forced, they are very inconvenient, they even want to know what you do with your life, pure annoyance!!! Swimming pool, what did you guys become?! RS...... I believe it's a club nowadays and not just a hotel, really, I didn't understand anything, a little shame in the pool part. We are no longer in a "pandemic", how about training with these guys you hire to work? Because I went out of season, imagine when the famous pawn party arrives, huh?!
And the restaurant? Improve please!!!!
Hire skilled people (who really cooks), dishes served do not correspond to what arrives, only. I've been there and it's not the same anymore, I thought it would be even better, I was going to stay a lot more days, but I left earlier than expected, God, horrible.
Breakfast, which is served on the weekend is the same throughout the week, the pasta is tough as it heats up, dark fruits, pastries. Only black coffee is good because it comes out of the machine.
Money for me and you "independents", is no problem. But don't forget that it's not the place, it's the people, and the people (employees) are "burning" the place! Maybe they don't really know what's going on at the hotel, because I came here to tell them.
A place that I loved to stay and today I will never come back, because my $ is not bush!
