★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei as taças, o ambiente é bonitinho e o serviço bem rápido. Só acho que poderia ter uma música ambiente ou uma TV para dar uma animada. De resto, gostei bastante de tudo. Até o preço é bacana!
 I loved the glasses, the atmosphere is cute and the service very fast. I just think there could be some background music or a TV to liven it up. Besides, I really liked everything. Even the price is cool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tratam o consumidor com falta de respeito, comprei um açaí e veio cheio de gelo, fui reclamar com a atendente e a mesma se recusou diversas vezes em trocar o açaí, mesmo eu comprovando com fotos a pedra de gelo que estava.
Não recomendo mais ninguém de Rio do ouro e adjacências a frequentar e nem realizar mais o pedido nessa loja, uma coisa eu falo, não adianta abrir um monte de franquias se a qualidade da loja só cai.
Funcionários debochados, não respeitam os consumidores como deveria, como também não respeitam o código do consumidor.

I don't recommend anyone else from Rio do Ouro and surrounding areas to visit or order in this store anymore, one thing I say, it's no use opening a lot of franchises if the quality of the store only drops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí realmente é muito bom, porém o atendimento é péssimo e desrespeitoso para com seus clientes. Falta de atenção no pedido, trazem errado o cliente vai reclamar e ainda é tirado como chacota, sendo vítima de deboche, desrespeito. Fui questionar o porque do deboche é a colaborado do estabelecimento ainda disse que, “se estivéssemos lá fora seria diferente”, com tom ameaçador. O açaí é realmente bom, mas não adianta ter qualidade no produto e pecar no atendimento. Ressaltando, o atendimento é péssimo, muito péssimo da rede do arsenal.
The açaí is really good, but the service is terrible and disrespectful to its customers.
