★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei cético quanto a solução de meu problema com notebook Dell que estava extremamente lento, travando, não conseguia nem abria a calculadora e detalhe, equipamento novo ainda na garantia da fabricante. O atendimento foi excelente, o técnico tirou todas as dúvidas, fez sugestões para melhoria esclarecendo pequenos detalhes para melhor performance da máquina.
O notebook está voando com solução proposta , as crianças felizes por conseguirem jogar no note sem lentidão e travas, além de permanecer com a garantia do fabricante.
Agradeço ao time Barueri Notebooks e irei levar um desktop para upgrade.
 I arrived skeptical about the solution to my problem with a Dell notebook that was extremely slow, crashing, I couldn't even open the calculator and detail, new equipment still under the manufacturer's warranty. The service was excellent, the technician answered all questions, made suggestions for improvement, clarifying small details for better machine performance.
The notebook is flying with a proposed solution, the children are happy to be able to play on the notebook without slowdowns and crashes, in addition to remaining under the manufacturer's warranty.
I thank the Barueri Notebooks team and I will take a desktop for upgrade.

Ao avaliar, ele de forma honesto disse que se tratava de um problema que poderia ser resolvido com uma simples pinça e assim o fez. E nada me cobrou. Foi o que eu disse pra ele: perdeu o serviço, mas ganhou o cliente! Tão difícil encontrarmos locais que nos sentimos seguros e confiantes. Parabéns! Super recomendo!
I would like to thank the professional Gabriel, from Barueri Notebooks. I was this morning with my notebook and power supply, which was not charging. When evaluating, he honestly said that it was a problem that could be solved with simple tweezers and he did so. And nothing charged me. That's what I told him: he lost the service, but he won the customer! So hard to find places that we feel safe and confident. Congratulations! I highly recommend!
