Esta Base da G.C.M é uma das maiores, melhores e estrategicamente bem posicionada, em local, onde há muito tempo a população ansiava e aguardava por este feito, pois está situada bem na divisa com a Av. Almirante Delamare, que é conhecida como rota de fuga de criminosos que nesta cidade adentram para a prática de todo tipo de ilicitudes. Por isso, vem à calhar mais este investimento na Segurança Pública Municipal de São Caetano do Sul, mostrando o quão eficiente é os Profissionais da G C M com relação ao combate ao crime organizado, pois, à cada Base que se ergue, esta cidade respira melhor e mais aliviada, porque enquanto a tranquilidade de seu sono à embala nos braços de Morfeu, eis que lá fora, sob o intenso frio ou a forte chuva, existem Homens e Mulheres que vestem o uniforme azul marinho, como que se a pele deles fosse e com honra e autoridade, presenteia esta população com dias melhores e mais seguros ao raiar do dia seguinte.
