Última compra nessa loja, minha entrega estava prevista pra quinta, fui na loja pela manhã e o funcionário JAI me garantiu que entregava. Esperei até a 17 horas, quando retornei a loja, o serviço de entrega já tinha finalizado. Não me deram nenhuma satisfação.
Terrible!
Last purchase at this store, my delivery was scheduled for Thursday, I went to the store in the morning and the JAI employee assured me that I would deliver. I waited until 5 pm, when I returned to the store, the delivery service was over. They gave me no satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimos preços e variedade de itens. O colaborador Jai sempre aberto a fazer negócios. Nem precisa ir no centro fazer cotação. Só perde ponto pra o responsável pela liberação do depósito. Tá sempre de cara amarrada, porém os ajudantes sempre estão prontos pra auxiliar os clientes. Então vale a nota máxima!
Great prices and variety of items. Employee Jai is always open to doing business. You don't even have to go to the center to quote. You only lose points for the person responsible for releasing the deposit. He is always frowning, but the helpers are always ready to assist customers. So it's worth the top score!

Não cumprem com o prazo de entrega, dão perspectiva de dois dias pra entrega e você recebe em quatro dias, se tiver disposição pra ficar indo até a loja saber sobre sua entrega, se não ,receberá apenas quando eles desejarem entregar. Se a sua obra depender da entrega do material deles, nao compre, os pedreiros e ajudantes ficarão de braços cruzados a ver navios.
OBS: Funcionários de atendimento, são ótimos, são bem receptivos.
My experience was terrible!
They do not meet the delivery deadline, they give two days for delivery and you receive in four days, if you are willing to go to the store to know about your delivery, if not, you will receive it only when they want to deliver. If your work depends on the delivery of their material, do not buy, the masons and helpers will sit idly by watching ships.
NOTE: Service employees, are great, are very receptive.
