★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamento de trilha monitorada, graus baixo, médio e alto. Fizemos a média que incluía ir numa cachoeira de água bem limpinha, rasa e gelada, mas foi muito bom. Conhecemos a fauna e flora. No site tem as recomendações. Recomendamos essa visita!
 Schedule monitored trail, low, medium and high grades. We did the average which included going to a waterfall with very clean, shallow and cold water, but it was very good. We know the fauna and flora. The website has recommendations. We recommend this visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O passeio é excelente. A guia muito bem treinada, mas a estrutura deixa a desejar... uma pena um patrimônio da natureza sem a estrutura necessária para quem quer visitar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local fechado pela Guarda Municipal. Entrada somente com autorização da Prefeitura acompanha por monitores cadastrados. Esta base é a entrada de diversas trilhas ecológica da Serra do japi, que por sua vez é fantástica, paga-se uma taxa de R$ 25 reais para cadastrar o visitante, vale a pena! As trilhas são de pequena, média e grande dificuldades e os monitores super capacitados e gentis.
A trilha da Cachoeira do paraíso é umas das maia procuradas pelos turistas.
Location closed by the Municipal Guard. Entry only with authorization from the City Hall accompanied by registered monitors. This base is the entrance of several ecological trails of the Serra do japi, which in turn is fantastic, a fee of R $ 25 reais is paid to register the visitor, it is worth it! The trails are of small, medium and great difficulties and the monitors are highly trained and kind.
The trail to Cachoeira do paraíso is one of the most sought after by tourists.

Para bike é bom devido as subidas. Para trail running deixa a desejar.
A GM e a prefeitura dizem que é para proteção. Ok ? entendo.
Porém, ali no Eloy Chaves tem um condomínio fechado dentro da Serra, onde o acesso também é controlado pela GM. Não deixam um ciclista entrar , um corredor treinar, mas deixam construir mansões Permitem SUV de visitantes e moradores entrarem na reserva. Enfim, a hipocrisia.
You cannot cross gate 6. Short dirt road trail departing from Malota.
For biking it is good because of the climbs. For trail running it leaves something to be desired.
GM and the city say it's for protection. Okay ? I understand.
However, there in Eloy Chaves there is a closed condominium within the Serra, where access is also controlled by GM. They don't let a cyclist in, a runner train, but they let build mansions. They allow SUVs for visitors and residents to enter the reserve. Finally, the hypocrisy.
