Desrespeito total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi. Está sendo péssima. SAMU 192 atende e pede pra aguardar no telefone. Haja paciência 50 minutos aguardando e ninguém na linha. Liguei novamente e só ocupado. Nao sei como tem usuario que consegue dar nota 5 pra essa imundice.
My experience was not. It's being awful. SAMU 192 answers and asks to wait on the phone. Be patient 50 minutes waiting and no one on the line. I called again and just got busy. I don't know how there is a user who can give a grade of 5 for this filth.

A enorme dedicação destes profissionais da saúde indica que há solução para os problemas do Brasil!
My gratitude, as well as that of my family, for the immediate and impeccable care provided by Team USA 2 (doctor, nurse and makeup artist), from this Samu base, on 10/15/2018, to my father, a resident of Alcântara- São Gonçalo, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and prostate cancer. The enormous dedication of these health professionals indicates that there is a solution to Brazil's problems!

Foi solicitada uma ambulância na Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, no Engenho Pequeno, ontem, no dia da padroeira.
Quando chegaram, foram muito atenciosos e carinhosos com minha filha que teve uma queda de pressão.
O Augusto a carregou no colo até a ambulância, onde ela foi medicada e ficamos conversando e eles dois fazendo o excelente atendimento.
Que Deus os abençoe por toda a vida!

I would like to thank and commend the service provided by the employees Augusto (driver) and Viviane (technician) from the Presidente Kennedy base.
An ambulance was requested at the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, in Engenho Pequeno, yesterday, on the day of the patron saint.
When they arrived, they were very attentive and affectionate with my daughter, who had a drop in pressure.
Augusto carried her in his arms to the ambulance, where she was medicated and we stayed talking and the two of them provided excellent care.
