Atendentes grosseiras e nada simpáticas, sem contar que não sabem de nenhuma informação que é perguntada !! Não são pró ativas e sem vontade de trabalhar.
Chamam de Ubs RESOLVE mas nada é resolvido !!!
O telefone simplesmente está de enfeite nessa UBS pois eles não atendem !!!
Sem contar que em plena pandemia o horário de vacinação permanece reduzido.
A prefeitura precisa rever o quadro desses que se dizem profissionais, pois tem muita gente boa, e qualificada querendo trabalhar para colocar no lugar desses.

Unfriendly and rude attendants, not to mention that they do not know any information that is asked !! They are not proactive and unwilling to work.
They call it Ubs RESOLVE but nothing gets resolved !!!
The phone is simply a decoration in this UBS because they don't answer!!!
Not to mention that in the middle of the pandemic, the vaccination schedule remains reduced.
The city hall needs to review the framework of those who claim to be professionals, as there are many good and qualified people willing to work to put them in their shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque nunca atendem telefone? É uma regra daí? Nem sempre estão ocupados para não atender e normalmente quem liga é para alguma informação o importante! Acho que concentraram todo os maus atendentes nessa UBS pq o atendimento presencial tb é péssimo. Tem que fazer uma troca desse pessoal urgente!
Why do they never answer the phone? Is it a rule there? They are not always busy not to answer and usually whoever calls is for some important information! I think they concentrated all the bad attendants in this UBS because the face-to-face service is also terrible. You have to change these people urgently!

Péssima UBS.
