Terrible.. they never wear the school uniform and they pass on totally wrong information on whatsapp.. they say something every time.. you can't trust it.

Após algum tempo, deram andamento ao pedido e finalizaram a entrega, mesmo após o prazo estipulado no pedido.
Too expensive! Prices go up a lot for being uniform. They delayed my delivery and didn't give me any satisfaction. Slow service, I had to send several messages to receive a response. After some time, they proceeded with the order and finalized the delivery, even after the deadline stipulated in the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no site de uniformes para o meu filho, furaram o prazo, não respondem WhatsApp, quando liguei para saber 03 dias após o prazo vencido uma funcionária simplesmente disse que não era com ela e bateu o tem na minha cara, e quando fui pessoalmente a mesma funcionária ainda discutiu comigo que tinha que entender que estavam com falta de matéria prima…enfim desorganizados e extremamente mal educados no atendimento
I made a purchase on the website for uniforms for my son, they missed the deadline, they don't respond to WhatsApp, when I called to find out 03 days after the deadline, an employee simply said that it wasn't with her and hit the tem in my face, and when I went personally, the same employee even argued with me that she had to understand that they were short of raw materials…

Fiz a compra dos uniformes dia 04/01/2022 e dia 31/01/2022 ainda falta as camisetinhas, uma coisa fundamental, e não conseguem entregar.
Não paguem antecipado, não confiem nos prazos... completamente perdidos, procurem outra loja, caso não tenha alternativa, boa sorte.
They are terrible in terms of deadlines, even worse after sales, nobody knows anything, random information.
I bought the uniforms on 01/04/2022 and on 01/31/2022 the t-shirts are still missing, a fundamental thing, and they can't deliver.
Don't pay in advance, don't trust deadlines... completely lost, look for another store, if you have no alternative, good luck.
