★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Comprei uma cama que chegou molhada e mofada, a solução que me deram foi: recolher a cama e me reembolsar já que eles não tinham mais a cama em estoque. A cama foi recolhida, mas o reembolso até hoje não foi efetuado.
 Lousy experience. I bought a bed that arrived wet and moldy, the solution they gave me was: collect the bed and reimburse me since they no longer had the bed in stock. The bed was retracted, but the refund has not yet been made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja não merece nenhuma estrela, Comprei um Painel de Tv, eles me deram um prazo de 20 dias, me entregou com 1 mês e alguns dias. Vende o produto que não tem na loja, e o atendimento online é péssimo.
Não recomendo ninguém a compra nesta loja, Tive que falar que ia chamar o Procon. Para assim eles me entregar. Foi a primeira e a última vez que comprei nesta loja. Nota 0 para vocês.
This store doesn't deserve any stars, I bought a TV panel, they gave me a 20-day deadline, it delivered me with 1 month and a few days. Sells the product you don't have in the store, and the online service is terrible.
I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store, I had to say that I was going to call Procon. So they deliver me. It was the first and the last time I bought it at this store. Grade 0 for you.

no dia 22/08/2019 fiz uma compra incluindo um estofado (ASF Natal 3L) aonde no mostruário demostrava um estofado de qualidade. Fiz a compra e decide arcar com frente pôs iria viajar, ao chegar na minha residência notei que o sofá estava com as almofadas danificada (espuma) ao sentar no mesmo vi que o assento estava fundo como fosse usado. Em menos de 14hs da compra fui na loja ao o gerente me falou que eles trocariam mas eu teria que arcar com o frente de levar e buscar o outro, tendo um custo de R$140,00 (lembrando que eu paguei o frente para deixar na minha residência R$70,00) não comprem nessa loja produtos de baixa qualidade, você compra uma coisa que esta no mostruário vem outra totalmente diferente. Sim., falei a vendedora que a cor não foi a que eu escolhi, ela simplesmente me falou que a cor estava certa, sendo que não estava. Finalizando empresa sem consideração nenhuma ao cliente.

on 08/22/2019 I made a purchase including an upholstery (ASF Natal 3L) where the showcase showed a quality upholstery. I made the purchase and decided to pay for it. I was going to travel, when I arrived at my residence I noticed that the sofa had damaged pillows (foam) when sitting on it, I saw that the seat was deep as it was used. In less than 14 hours of the purchase I went to the store and the manager told me that they would change but I would have to bear the front of taking and picking up the other, having a cost of R $ 140.00 (remembering that I paid the front to leave at my residence R $ 70.00) don't buy low quality products in this store, you buy something that is in the showcase comes with a totally different one. Yes., I told the saleswoman that the color was not the one I chose, she simply told me that the color was right, but it wasn't. Finalizing company without any consideration to the customer.

Comprei tres bases de cama box p minha mãe p ser entregue no interior com garantia de entrega de ATÉ 10 DIAS e la se vão mais 9 dias encima do garantido e ainda me falam de fechar frete p aquelas bandas sendo que comprei e paguei o frete tudo certo, logo não tenho nada a ver com essa história de fechar frete, EU PAGUEI MEU FRETE CERTO ENTÃO TENHO DIREITO DE RECEBER MEUS PRODUTOS NO PRAZO CERTO....
Qdo a gente compra é uma maravilha mais qdo é p cumprir o que deveria ser obrigação deles a gente tem q ta no pé....
Até pensei em fazer outra compra na rede mais Deus me livre!

I bought three bed bases box for my mother to be delivered inside with guaranteed delivery of UP TO 10 DAYS and there are more than 9 days left on top of the guarantee and they still tell me to close shipping for those bands being that I bought and paid the shipping all right, so I have nothing to do with this story of closing shipping, I PAID MY RIGHT SHIPPING THEN I HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS ON THE RIGHT TERM ....
When we buy it is a wonder more when it is possible to fulfill what should be their obligation, we have it on our feet ....
I even thought of making another purchase on the net but God forbid!

O cara da entrega chegou na porta do condomínio, final de expediente, de repente foi embora sem nenhuma satisfação, não fez a entrega, um absurdo. Agora passou do horário, só amanhã msm. Corram dessa loja!!!!!
I don't recommend it, during the sale everything was wonderful, when it comes to delivering it's been a problem, we call and no one answers. The delivery guy arrived at the condominium door, late in the day, suddenly left without any satisfaction, he didn't make the delivery, an absurdity. Now it's overtime, only tomorrow msm. Run from this store!!!!!

A entrega não foi no dia planejado, a atendente falava uma coisa e fazia outra, minha entrega ficava por último qdo tivesse roteiro, e já tinha dito meu horário de estar em casa. As cadeiras, duas vieram com a tinta descascada. Os estofados errado. Aguardando a troca das cadeiras e o que é pior em menos de um mês a tinta do vidro está saindo do nada. Uma demora para dar um retorno, eu que fico ligando! Agora me diga pagar R$ 1.670, 00, por uma mesa descanscada e duas cadeiras tb? Espero retorno imediato...por favor! Espero que não estejam querendo passar o prazo de um mês para fazer a troca ou reparo!

I've been in a process since the day I bought a dining room on 01/04/22. The delivery was not on the planned day, the attendant said one thing and did another, my delivery was last when there was a script, and I had already said my time to be home. The chairs, two came with peeling paint. The wrong upholstery. Waiting for the chairs to be replaced and what's worse in less than a month the paint on the glass is coming out of nowhere. A delay to give a return, I keep calling! Now tell me to pay R$ 1,670.00 for a relaxed table and two chairs too? I expect immediate response...please! I hope you don't want to spend a month to make the exchange or repair!
