★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem tudo para ser bom, porem deixa muito a desejar principalmente no atendimento ao cliente, fiz um pedido e veio errado duas vezes seguidas a atendente me ligou falando grosseiramente e respondi à altura por fim veio o pedido certo porém todo mal montado é horrível pão todo molhado se despedaçando e as carnes cruas, é uma pena né porque nunca mais vou pedir nada. Pra mim é a pior de todas não recomendo a ninguém !!!!
 It has everything to be good, but leaves much to be desired especially in customer service, I placed an order and went wrong twice in a row the clerk called me speaking rudely and answered the time finally came the right order but all badly assembled is horrible whole bread crumbling wet and raw meat, it's a shame right because I'll never ask for anything again. For me is the worst of all I do not recommend to anyone !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento muita demora para entrega fiz meu pedido as 21:20 meu pedido chegou as 22:46 frio isso é inacreditável!.
Quando o pedido vem errado não tem nenhum tipo de suporte pela lanchonete e ainda somos tratados com ignorância, já foi uma ótima lanchonete agora está horrível não recomendo, não foi só uma vez que aconteceu esse tipo de coisa comigo.
Lousy service too long for delivery I placed my order at 21:20 my order arrived at 22:46 cold this is unbelievable !.
When the order comes wrong there is no support for the cafeteria and we are still treated with ignorance, it was a great cafeteria now it’s horrible I don’t recommend it, it wasn’t just once this kind of thing happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a muito tempo mas vejo que de um tempos pra cá a dualidade no atendimento vem caindo muito tenho feito pedidos que sempre chegam atrassados fora do prazo hoje pedi um filé aperitivo com o prazo de 50 minutos e veio chegar uma hora e meia depois eles não dão se quer uma satisfação um pedido de desculpa por a pessoa ficar uma hora e meia esperando deixando de ter comprado outro dando prioridade a elesprioridade a eles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é muito boa e sempre pedimos os salgadinhos pra festa. Frequento a loja e peço também pelo ifood. Única coisa é que pelo sistema do ifood, nós pedimos uma bebida e vem outra, é preciso arrumar isso no sistema. Mas fora isso, é tudo perfeito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente o atendimento e a comida já foi boa! Primeiro achei que tivesse sido um deslize afinal as vezes erramos, a costelinha veio crua. A segunda vez o frango passarinho veio com uma pena, na terceira o Gurjão de frango veio parecendo resto torrado! Era o local que mais gostava de fazer pedidos ainda tentei, mas pelo visto nada é feito para melhorarem !
Honestly the service and food was good! At first I thought it was a slip, after all sometimes we make mistakes, the ribs came raw. The second time the bird chicken came with a feather, the third time the chicken gurjão came looking like it was toast! It was the place I liked to order the most, I still tried, but apparently nothing is done to improve!
