Fora isso o lanche é muito gostoso, de qualidade ? Eu indico!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanches ótimos. Porém de uns meses pra cá tenho notado que os lanches gourmet não está vindo como descrito no cardápio o molho grill que era um molho muito bom e de qualidade tipo "tasty". Está vindo no lugar dele maionese temperada.poderia voltar com o molho descrito no cardápio ou atualizar la.
Great snacks. However, for a few months now I've noticed that the gourmet snacks are not coming as described on the menu, the grill sauce, which was a very good and "tasty" quality sauce. Spiced mayonnaise is coming instead. Could go back with the sauce described on the menu or update it.

Edit pós resposta do proprietário: Em momento algum faltei com educação com a funcionária em questão, que foi incapaz de compreender o pedido que estava praticamente desenhado.
Creio que a falta de capacitação no atendimento, pela troca de uma unica palavra de especial para gourmet.
A mesma sabe que errou e se recusou a se identificar.
Creio que assim como os administradores, os colaboradores gostam de ter plena razão.
Em nenhum momento a reclamação foi em questão ao tempo de atendimento.
Pois a mesma visualizou e as mensagens e em seguida deixou de responder.
E somente apos eu solicitar novamente o nome da colaboradora, é que ela se pronunciou fingindo que nada tinha acontecido!
Se ela tivesse plena certeza que prestou um bom atendimento, com certeza ela não teria que se esconder no quesito identificação!
E por gentileza não quero ser incomodado novamente via redes sociais ou WhatsApp.
As medidas administrativas tem que ser tomadas internamente e não CONFRONTANDO O CLIENTE!
A PROPRIETÁRIA DO LOCAL INSISTE EM FORÇAR DIÁLOGO MESMO APÓS O BLOQUEIO VIA WHATSAPP, ATRAVÉS DE MENSENGER E ETC.
Então além do atendimento a insistência, gerou incômodo.
NÃO RECOMENDO ! POIS SE VOCÊ FOR CLIENTE E UM DIA NÃO CONCORDAR COM OS ERROS DO ESTABELECIMENTO, ELES VÃO INSISTIR QUE ESTAO CERTOS!
SE TIVESSEM PEDIDO DESCULPAS PELO MAL ATENDIMENTO EU TERIA ATE APAGADO MINHA AVALIAÇÃO!
COLABORADORES SÃO ESPELHOS DOS ADMINISTRADORES!
