★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo... demorou 2 horas pro hambúrguer ficar pronto. Veio cru, ensebado de óleo e com ingredientes de péssima qualidade.
Nao tenho coragem de indicar nem pra cachorro comer os restos desse lugar.
A dump... took 2 hours for the hamburger to be ready. It came raw, greased with oil and with poor quality ingredients.
I don't have the courage to even recommend a dog to eat the remains of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sabor do lanche sempre foi bom. Mas o atendimento passou de ótimo a péssimo em questão de segundos, oi cerca de uma hora, depende do ponto de vista.
Pedi dois x-tudo e a previsão de entrega era 30-50. Passou 1h, liguei cobrando e disse que ainda seria preparado quando o entregador chegasse. 15min retornei, informei que pela demora estava cancelando e simplesmente me desligaram o telefone na cara.
The snack taste was always good. But the service went from great to terrible in a matter of seconds, hi about an hour, it depends on your point of view.
I ordered two x-alls and the delivery forecast was 30-50. 1h passed, I called charging and said that I would still be prepared when the delivery person arrived. 15min returned, informed me that due to the delay I was canceling and they simply hung up on me.

A quality burger for a good price, it's worth it, their sauce sachets are also sensational and match the snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para entrega é péssimo, além de demorar mais que tudo. Você decide então ir buscar e o seu lanche não tá pronto, o que é tolerável no sentido máximo da situação. Agora não estar pronto e ainda passar várias pessoas na sua frente, sendo que vc já está quase 1 hora e meia esperando. É um absurdo.
It's terrible for delivery, and it takes longer than anything else. You then decide to go get it and your snack is not ready, which is tolerable in the maximum sense of the situation. Now not be ready and still pass several people in front of you, since you are already waiting for almost 1 hour and a half. It's an absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche, perfeito do jeito que gosto mas tambem gostaria de agradecer pelo atendimento me dado no ultimo sábado, meu filho de 7 anos tem autismo eu queria subir no trailer para tirar foto, eles o tratou maravilhosamente bem, eu não queria que ele entrasse para não atrapalhar, mais todas as meninas que estavam pediu que ele entrasse para tirar foto, foi muito atenciosa e é claro que com segurança, fiquei muito feliz e queria agradecer a cada uma pelo carinho que ele foi tratado, alem do lanche ser muito bom eu recomendo, parabéns a equipe nem sempre é assim o tratamento conosco. Obs: na hora que estava indo embora agradeci pelo carinho e contei que ele tinha autismo e eles nos livrou de ele ter uma crise no local )
The snack, perfect the way I like it but I would also like to thank you for the service given to me last Saturday, my 7 year old son has autism I wanted to go up in the trailer to take a picture, they treated him wonderfully, I didn't want him to come in not to get in the way, but all the girls who were there asked him to come in to take a picture, she was very attentive and of course it was safe, I was very happy and I wanted to thank each one for the affection with which he was treated, in addition to the snack being very good. I recommend, congratulations the team is not always like this treatment with us. Note: when I was leaving, I thanked him for the affection and told him that he had autism and they saved us from having a crisis on the spot )
