Não cobriu minha garantia da bateria, me mandou me virar com o fabricante da bateria que é do interior.
Comprei outra bateria com a minha na garantia!
E ainda fechou a loja.
Corram desse lugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom atendimento e disposição do pessoal. Não tem tempo ruim com eles. Se não tem bateria que você precisa, eles vão buscar. Se você não pode esperar, eles levam na sua casa. E ainda instalam tudo sem custo. Gostei bastante e o preço se mostrou bastante atrativo. Aceita pagamento no dinheiro, cartão de crédito e débito. Possui serviço de recarga de bateria e também fazem o teste para saber se a bateria ainda tem recuperação. No meu caso, a bateria estava na voltagem correta, mas quando tentava dar a partida, a bateria não conseguir fornecer a energia suficiente para virar o motor. Ele fez o teste com aparelho na minha frente simulando a partida no motor com a minha bateria e não funcionou. Depois pegou a bateria nova e fez o mesmo teste, mostrando a diferença da bateria com problema e uma bateria nova. Isso mostra a seriedade e a confiança que pode ser depositada nessa loja.
Very good service and willingness of staff. You don't have bad time with them. If there is no battery you need, they will get it. If you can't wait, they'll take it home. And they still install everything at no cost. I really liked it and the price was very attractive. Cash, credit and debit cards accepted. It has a battery recharge service and also tests to see if the battery is still recovering. In my case, the battery was at the correct voltage, but when I tried to start it, the battery was unable to supply enough energy to turn the engine around. He did the test with a device in front of me simulating starting the engine with my battery and it didn't work. Then he took the new battery and did the same test, showing the difference between the problem battery and a new battery. This shows the seriousness and trust that can be placed in this store.
