★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja comprei uma peça que apresentou problema e estou atualmente a 15 dias em processo para poder trocar e nada de resolverem meu problema dizem que apenas o dono resolve mas até o presente momento estou com a peça quebrada e sem solução alguma por parte da loja não recomendo a loja.
 Bad store I bought a part that presented a problem and I am currently 15 days in process to be able to exchange it and nothing to solve my problem says that only the owner solves it but until now I have the broken part and no solution by the store no recommend the store.

For parts purchase it is great to find almost everything of electrical and batteries with current year of manufacture, but the workshop part I do not recommend except that it would give 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um estabelecimento que cresce, mas peca ferozmente no quesito atendimento. Tem uns atendentes que não estão nem aí pra empresa. Até possuem preços e peças boas, mas o quesito atendimento (muito embora os atendentes entendam bem do assunto) mas deixa e muito a desejar, pois atendem com uma cara feia e acredito que não sou o único que vi isso. O dono deveria se preocupar em colocar algumas pessoas pra testar o atendimento que pra mim é tão importante quanto ficar "tirando notas".
An establishment that grows, but is fiercely lacking in service. There are some attendants who don't care about the company. They even have prices and good parts, but the item service (even though the attendants understand the subject well) but leaves a lot to be desired, as they serve with an ugly face and I believe I'm not the only one who saw this. The owner should be concerned about putting some people to test the service, which for me is as important as "taking notes".

Second, for the organization in the sales process: you choose the best option together with the seller, make the payment and withdraw from stock without bureaucracy. All done quickly and safely.
