★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi constatado pelo técnico da assistência de que a bateria de meu veículo está com defeito, porém não haveria nada a ser feito uma vez que o prazo de garantia expirou há aproximadamente 60 dias. As revisões do meu carro sai realizadas em concessionárias Hyundai, tanto que a última revisão foi realizada no dia 16/11 e foi constatado que a bateria ainda tinha 1/2. Agora eu pergunto.... Como poderia ter ido atrás de uma assistência/ garantia se a bateria não tinha apresentado nenhuma anomalia? Se a MOURA alega que a vida útil de suas baterias são de aproximadamente 36 a 40 meses, como posso ficar no prejuízo por ter adquirido uma bateria há menos de 24 meses?
It was noted by the service technician that my vehicle battery is defective, but there would be nothing to do since the warranty period expired approximately 60 days ago. The revisions of my car leaves performed at Hyundai dealers, so much so that the last review was performed on 16/11 and it was found that the battery was still 1/2. Now I ask .... How could I have gone after a service / warranty if the battery had not shown any anomaly? If MOURA claims that its battery life is approximately 36 to 40 months, how can I be harmed by purchasing a battery less than 24 months ago?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido e meu problema foi resolvido, mas o local não tem estrutura. Os carros são diagnosticados na calçada ou até mesmo na rua, e é bem difícil estacionar.
I was well attended and my problem was solved, but the place has no structure. Cars are diagnosed on the sidewalk or even on the street, and parking is very difficult.

Tive um problema sério de garantia com a filial de Osasco, mas a equipe desta unidade, especialmente o Anderson, se prontificaram a me ajudar e conseguiram solucionar meu problema na mesma hora, mesmo não tendo o produto na loja deles. Foram flexíveis e conseguiram solucionar o problema do cliente.
