★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um cachorro gostar tanto de uma ração antes... Compraram a Baw Waw Natural pro baixinho aqui de casa, ele amou. Um dia ela ficou em falta, tivemos que comprar a Baw Waw de carne e frango, normal, ele não aceitou de jeito nenhum...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima a qualidade dessa ração, achei que pagando um pouco mais caro teria uma melhor qualidade, só que não né! Meus dois cachorros não querem comer e insistir para eles comerem, foi comer e vomitar tudo... vou ter que jogar um saco de ração fora e comprar outro de outra marca. Pqp.
Terrible food quality, I thought paying a little more would have better quality, but not right! My two dogs don't want to eat and insisted they eat, went to eat and vomit everything... I'll have to throw away a bag of feed and buy another one from another brand. Pqp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pacote de bifinho de carne no começo de março/2018, vieram completamente estragados sendo que a validade é para fevereiro/2019, liguei para o local porém o número está bloqueado. Não compro mais!
I bought a packet of beef steaks in early March / 2018, they came completely spoiled and the validity is for February / 2019, I called the place but the number is blocked. I don't buy anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou avaliando com uma estrela por não ter a opção de nenhuma. Péssima empresa, péssimo atendimento e péssima qualidade dos produtos comercializados. Registrei reclamação em Janeiro/21 no SAC, para informar que nenhum dos meus 4 gatos quiseram comer a ração desta marca. Não quis dar para nenhum outro gato porque não achei de boa qualidade, tive que jogar no lixo. Ficaram de me reembolsar o valor e até hoje não o fizeram. Não comprem, serão produto e dinheiro jogados no lixo.
I'm rating it one star because I don't have any option. Terrible company, terrible customer service and terrible product quality. I registered a complaint in January/21 at the SAC, to inform that none of my 4 cats wanted to eat this brand's food. I didn't want to give it to any other cat because I didn't think it was good quality, I had to throw it in the trash. They were to refund me the amount and to this day they have not done so. Don't buy, they will be product and money thrown in the trash.
