â â â â â Gosto muito desse prĂ©dio sempre que vou, acabo indo para a piscina na cobertura, um salĂŁo de festa bom um parquinho para as crianças e um pula-pula. Ătimo lugar para fazer um churrasco com os amigos e bem ventilado. Um bom tamanho (aparentemente) se vocĂȘ quer um lugar para morar o seu filho(a) e seu marido (esposa).
Se vocĂȘs saber aproveitar o espaço que tem vai dĂĄ um muito bonito.?
I love this building whenever I go, I end up going to the rooftop pool, a nice party room, a playground for the kids and a pogo stick. Great place to have a barbecue with friends and well ventilated. A good size (apparently) if you want a place to live with your child (a) and your husband (wife).
If you know how to take advantage of the space you have it will be very beautiful. bonito

PrĂ©dio bastante seguro, com equipe de portaria, manutenção e limpeza atuante, com cordialidade e respeito. PrĂłximo de praças, padarias, frutarias, restaurantes, farmĂĄcias, etc. A fachada estĂĄ sendo completamente substituĂda, com previsĂŁo de conclusĂŁo para dezembro/2019. Restam alguns serviços de melhoria, os quais serĂŁo executados apĂłs o tĂ©rmino da fachada.
Excellent structure, very well divided apartments, wonderful neighborhood and excellent organization! Very safe building, with concierge staff, maintenance and cleaning, with cordiality and respect. Near squares, bakeries, fruit shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The facade is being completely replaced, scheduled for completion in December / 2019. There remain some improvement services, which will be performed after the facade is completed.

I was in the building on February 16th and you can see right away at the entrance that it is a place well maintained by a competent team. Front desk service was quick and efficient. The ambiance of the hall is very pleasant.
