★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício comercial muito bonito e bem cuidado, mas se você for alugar uma sala aqui, se prepare para pagar o condomínio normal e praticamente outro condomínio só pra poder usar o ar que é central!

Além de possui estacionamento próprio, há ampla área de estacionamento público ao seu redor (melhorou o número de vagas públicas disponíveis com a implementação do parquímetro).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ótimo condominio. O prédio é grande e conta com duas torres, unidas, e para dar conta do serviço, possui 6 elevadores muito rápidos que dão conta do recado. A arquitetura do local proporciona um bem estar a quem entra na portaria, que também é refrescada por ar condicionado. O atendimento dos porteiros é excepcional. A garagem é da Estapar, com estacionamento rotativo.
A great condominium. The building is large and has two towers, united, and to handle the service, has 6 very fast lifts that give the message.
