★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conversei com o proprietário sobre uma entrega que fizeram em minha casa e jogaram 500 lajotas na calçada ao invés de por em minha garagem a menos de 1 metro. Eles confessaram ser determinação deles para seus funcionários. Não compro mais 1 prego lá e deixei bem claro que não é assim que trata um cliente. O proprietário ficou de reorientar mais o estrago já estava feito. Tenho várias opções por perto, não tem pq voltar lá. Que o tratamento melhore para com os outros.
I talked to the owner about a delivery they made to my house and they threw 500 tiles onto the sidewalk instead of putting it in my garage less than three feet away. They confessed to being their determination to their employees. I don't buy 1 more nail there and I made it clear that this is not how you treat a customer. The owner was to reorient but the damage was already done. I have several options close by, there's no reason to go back there. May the treatment improve for others.
