★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 19/10 sexta feira realizei uma compra na loja e perguntei pelo cupons fiscal, a atendente me pediu a bolsa com a mesma e esqueceu de entregar. Até aí td bem guardaram minhas compras no dia seguinte fui resgatar a mesma no horário previsto, cheguei 10 min antes de abrir a lojs e quem devia estar abrindo a mesma era o dono e de uma falta de educação e muito estúpido se negou a pegar a bolsa com as compras , pois alegou que somente os funcionários poderiam me entregar mesmo estando com a nota fiscal . E outra coisa que não havia informativo que não aceitavam cartão de crédito, mesmo possuindo máquina no local, descumprindo o código de defesa do consumidor . E se negaram a pegar o livro de reclamação do cliente que fora solicitado.
On 10/19 Friday I made a purchase at the store and asked for the tax coupons, the clerk asked me for the bag with it and forgot to deliver it. So far they kept my purchases well the next day I went to redeem it at the scheduled time, I arrived 10 minutes before opening the stores and who should have been opening it was the owner and a lack of education and very stupid refused to take the purse with purchases, as it claimed that only employees could deliver to me even with the invoice. And another thing that there was no information that did not accept credit cards, even having a machine on site, not complying with the consumer protection code. And they refused to take the customer's complaint book that had been requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, na verdade não existe atendimento, pois me dirigi à atendente no balcão para obter uma informação, e como de bom costume disse "boa tarde, poderia me dar uma informação?" e a atendente acenou que sim, e quando fiz a pergunta ela simplesmente se virou e começou a conversar com os colegas rindo em tom de deboche, ignorando a minha presença. Uma absoluta falta de educação, atendimento pior do que certas repartições públicas. Eu quero acreditar que os proprietários do estabelecimento não concordam com essa postura de alguns funcionários e oriento aos mesmos a realizarem melhores contratações.
Bad service, in fact there is no service, because I went to the attendant at the counter to get some information, and as usual I said "good afternoon, could you give me some information?" and the attendant nodded yes, and when I asked the question she simply turned around and started talking to her colleagues, laughing in a mocking tone, ignoring my presence. An absolute lack of education, worse service than certain public offices. I want to believe that the owners of the establishment do not agree with this attitude of some employees and I advise them to make better hires.
