★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, cobrou 6 reais por duas folhas de xerox p&b falei que tinha 5 e a mulher rasgou as folhas em minha frente. Um pouca mais adiante a LanHouse zappa fez o mesmo serviço por 2 reais
Horrible service, charged 6 reais for two sheets of b&w xerox I told them I had 5 and the woman tore the sheets in front of me. A little further on, LanHouse zappa did the same service for 2 reais

Aonde irei certamente processar.. fui fazer a impressão e encadernação do cardápio do meu estabelecimento e após à primeira impressão eu comuniquei que gostaria de mais dois cardápio, e o dono muito mal educado me tratou mal e com toda grosseria e disse que eu teria que ter falado antes, então eu prontamente disse que poderia ser só aquele que estava pronto e que o restante eu faria em outro lugar foi a hora que ele simplesmente rasgou todas as folhas na minha frente e me chamou de BURRA, sem se quer eu ter faltado com respeito ou mal tratado ele… atendimento péssimo, um homem mal educado com descriminação aos seus clientes e por cima de tudo machista e eu tenho gravação de tudo o que aconteceu que por sorte dele não dá para eu anexar aqui para que ninguém passe pelo o que eu passei!

I went to print and bind the menu of my establishment and after the first print I communicated that I would like two more menus, and the very rude owner treated me badly and rudely and said that I would have to have spoken before, so I promptly said that I could just be the one who was ready and that the rest I would do elsewhere was when he just tore up all the sheets in front of me and called me DUMB, I didn't even want to have missed with respect or badly treated him… terrible service, a rude man with discrimination to his customers and above all sexist and I have a recording of everything that happened that luckily I can't attach here so that no one can pass through the that I passed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma encadernação no local em um sábado e estava lotado, mas me informaram que estava tudo ok para encadernar e me deram o valor. Quando voltei a tarde, me disseram que não era possível encadernar pq o material era grosso e iria estragar a encadernadora. Acabei ficando na mão com o material.
I went to do a binding on site on a Saturday and it was full, but they informed me that everything was ok to bind and gave me the amount. When I returned in the afternoon, they told me that it was not possible to bind because the material was thick and would spoil the binding machine. I ended up getting handy with the material.
