★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que fui e infelizmente a experiência não foi das melhores! Aparentemente o local tem variedades e preços cabíveis, porém em relação ao atendimento de verdade deixou a desejar. Me senti diminuida pela falta de respeito pelo simples fato de eu ter que passar na maquininha um valor baixo e por ser no crédito ainda fui obrigada a escutar " NOSSA MISERICÓRDIA , NO CRÉDITO NÃO VAI PASSAR MESMO" na mesma hora deixei o produto que eu iria levar e sai sem nem olhar pra trás. É ridículo isso! Pois apartir do momento que você coloca a disposição uma máquina para receber dos seus clientes tenho pra mim que não importa se vai ser mil reais ou 1 real, tem que ser a mesma cordialidade e prestação de serviços tanto pra um quanto pra outro, nós que trabalhamos com comércio sabemos os custos que temos até em relação a maquininha de cartões, porém o mínimo que temos que ter é educação ou melhor colocar um comunicado informando o valor mínimo de compras para ser via crédito, evitando assim constrangimentos desnecessários! Opinião cada um tem a sua e hoje essa foi a minha. Grata!
First time I went and unfortunately the experience was not the best! Apparently the place has varieties and reasonable prices, but in relation to the real service it left something to be desired. I felt diminished by the lack of respect for the simple fact that I had to pass a low amount in the machine and because it was on credit I was still forced to listen to "OUR MERCY, ON CREDIT IT WILL NOT PASS" at the same time I left the product I was going to take it and leave without even looking back. This is ridiculous! Because from the moment you make a machine available to receive from your customers, I have for me that it doesn't matter if it's going to be a thousand reais or 1 real, it has to be the same cordiality and service provision for both one and the other, we who we work with commerce, we know the costs we have even in relation to the card machine, but the least we have to have is education or better put a statement informing the minimum amount of purchases to be via credit, thus avoiding unnecessary constraints! Everyone has their own opinion and today this was mine. Grateful!
