★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência, atendimento demorado, a impressão saiu com borrões e quando fui pedir gentilmente para refazer pois era um documento e precisava de 100% da qualidade, deu desculpas de que era o arquivo e não refez, devolveu o dinheiro e ainda jogou fora a folha ao invés de usar como rascunho pelo menos.
Fui em outro lugar com o mesmo arquivo e saiu perfeito.
Estou reclamando pois existem dias que não estamos 100% compreendo, mas quem lida com público tem ao menos que ter empatia e respeito, pois se estamos indo até o local para imprimir algo e diz que é importante, de fato é!
Obrigada pelo atendimento, já sei que não voltarei e não indicarei.

I went elsewhere with the same file and it came out perfect.
I'm complaining because there are days that we are not 100% understand, but those who deal with the public at least have to have empathy and respect, because if we are going to the place to print something and say it is important, in fact it is!
Thanks for the service, I already know that I will not be back and I will not recommend it.
