★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local vendeu um brinquedo que no mesmo dia quebrou, fui trocar no dia seguinte e a atendente da loja informou que é desgaste de uso e não poderia trocar. Argumentei que nao poderia ser desgaste de uso pois foi no mesmo dia, então ela disse que o fabricante não trocaria para eles, portanto eles não podiam trocar. Isso foi um insulto. Uma empresa que faz isso com os consumidores nao age de forma ética. Portanto deixo aqui minha indignação e deixo uma sugestão de não comprarem nesta loja.
Local sold a toy that same day broke, I went to change the next day and the shop attendant informed that it is wear and tear and could not change. I argued that it could not be wear and tear because it was the same day, so she said that the manufacturer would not trade for them, so they could not trade. That was an insult. A company that does this with consumers does not act ethically. So I leave my indignation here and leave a suggestion of not buying in this store.
