★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super chateada com o atendimento, primeiro perguntei do frete de entrega e a atendente informou que estava sem o sistema dos correio, então no outro dia pedi para verificar novamente e a mesma informou que continuava sem sistema, resolvi então verificar e ESTAVA COM SISTEMA NORMAL, perguntei do tamanho da blusa nao obtive resposta, perguntei se tinha o site da loja a mesma visualizou " e nao me respondeu"até então não havia percebido que o site esta no Instagram onde descobri a loja, foi quando consegui simular o frete... acho ppderia ter uma BOA VONTADE, não custava informar pelo menos o site. E fui bem clara que estava interessada em comprar, mas infelizmente devido o atendimento perderam algumas vendas, não recomendo! ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO, QUEM QUER VENDER NÃO FICA COM MAL VONTADE. PENA QUE AQUI NAO DÁ PARA ANEXAR AS IMAGENS SE NÃO EU PRINTARIA ?
Super upset with the service, first I asked about the delivery freight and the attendant said she was out of the mail system, then the other day I asked to check again and she said she was still out of the system, so I decided to check and I WAS WITH THE NORMAL SYSTEM, I asked about the size of the blouse I didn't get an answer, I asked if I had the store's website, she viewed it "and she didn't answer me" until then I didn't realize that the website is on Instagram where I discovered the store, that's when I managed to simulate the shipping ... I think I could have a GOOD WILL, it didn't hurt to inform at least the site. And I was very clear that I was interested in buying, but unfortunately due to the customer service they lost some sales, I don't recommend it! TERRIBLE SERVICE, WHO WANTS TO SELL DOESN'T GET EVIL WILL. PENALTY YOU CANNOT ATTACH THE IMAGES HERE IF I WOULD NOT PRINT ?
