Mostra que não conhece seus clientes e não respeita suas opiniões. Duas estrelas somente para o lanche. Zero para ele.
My evaluation was very good, I already had an excellent snack with a friend who indicated, but the owner for lack of respect, replied my evaluation saying that I am not ethics in evaluating without having attended his establishment. It shows that you don't know your customers and don't respect their opinions. Two stars for snack only. Zero for him.
