★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a unidade do lago jacarei 3 vezes e todas as vezes na qual eu fui estava fechado e no insta estava como se estivesse aberto, ou seja, falta de respeito pois muitas pessoas saem de suas casas, se programam para ir até o local e encontra-se fechado sem passar a informações nas redes sociais para evitar esse tipo de constrangimento!
I went to the Jacarei lake unit 3 times and every time I went it was closed and on insta it was as if it was open, that is, lack of respect because many people leave their homes, schedule themselves to go to the place and is closed without passing on information on social media to avoid this kind of embarrassment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os pratos subiram o preço, diminuíram de tamanho e caíram a qualidade. A batata 2.0 por exemplo está com um gosto horrível e muita cara. Os hambúrgueres também, pão normal e muito mais caros. Não recomendo! Única coisa que ainda está boa é o suco.
All dishes went up in price, went down in size and went down in quality. Potato 2.0 for example has a horrible taste and is very expensive. The hamburgers too, regular bread and much more expensive. I do not recommend! The only thing that is still good is the juice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci o estabelecimento através do Primeira Mesa. O valor cobrado não condiz com o que é oferecido. Chegamos bem cedo, apenas outra mesa estava ocupada além da minha, e mesmo assim houve demora no preparo dos pratos. Pedimos 03 pratos diferentes de carnes, todos demoraram e já chegaram na mesa frios. Não pretendo retornar ao local mesmo sendo através do Primeira Mesa que garante 50% de desconto.
A playlist de músicas adotada pelo estabelecimento é bem aleatória e o som fica constantemente falhando.
I got to know the establishment through Primeira Mesa. The amount charged does not match what is offered. We arrived very early, only one other table was occupied besides mine, and even so there was a delay in preparing the dishes. We ordered 03 different meat dishes, all took a long time and arrived at the table cold. I do not intend to return to the place, even though it is through Primeira Mesa, which guarantees a 50% discount.
The playlist of songs adopted by the establishment is quite random and the sound is constantly failing.

Nessa visita em específico, meu colega ficou aguardando o pedido dele (um espetinho simples), perguntou sobre o andamento, disseram que estava sendo preparado, mas após 45 MINUTOS de espera, chegaram na mesa e disseram que a carne do espetinho estava em falta e o fornecedor ainda iria chegar. Um baita descaso com o cliente. Meu colega ficou com fome e acabou desistindo de comer comigo no local. Terminou decidindo ir jantar em casa. Pra mim, não foi uma boa primeira impressão, com certeza!!! Com uma experiência dessas, a gente fica pensando se vale a pena retornar ao estabelecimento ou mesmo dar uma recomendação positiva pra alguém.
The hamburger is good, but it takes a long time to prepare the dish. On this particular visit, my colleague was waiting for his order (a simple skewer), asked about the progress, they said it was being prepared, but after 45 MINUTES of waiting, they arrived at the table and said that the meat on the skewer was missing and the supplier would still arrive. A huge disregard for the customer. My colleague got hungry and ended up giving up eating with me at the place. He ended up deciding to go home for dinner. For me, it was not a good first impression, for sure!!! With such an experience, we are left wondering if it is worth returning to the establishment or even giving a positive recommendation to someone.
