★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa administradora não consegue resolver problemas c/ barulho. Pessoas que aparentemente trabalham na unidade c/ ferramentas c/ bastante frequência continuam trabalhando pq o condomínio não tem autoridade p/ resolver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 23/01 fui sair de casa por volta das 3h e nada do porteiro abrir o portão, tive que interfonar e SEGURAR o dedo no interfone, e mesmo assim o "Profissional" não abriu o portão. Depois de muito insistir o portão foi aberto, sendo assim me causando um grande aborrecimento. Se fosse uma emergência e precisasse sair com pressa certamente teria um grande problema. Um absurdo, sendo que pagamos um valor alto de condomínio para os funcionários não exercerem corretamente suas funções.

14/10/2021 Entraram em contato comigo 2 vezes depois do ocorrido, resolveram o meu problema, e disseram que foi algo incomum o que houve. Por enquanto tudo certo por aqui, caso o problema se repita com a empresa atualizarei a avaliação.
12/10/2021 Tentando conseguir a segunda via do meu boleto e ninguém atende, fico falando com a gravação infinitamente e também não estou conseguindo pelo site.
On 01/23 I left the house around 3 am and the doorman did not open the gate, I had to ring the phone and HOLD my finger on the intercom, and even so the "Professional" did not open the gate. 10/14/2021 They contacted me 2 times after what happened, they solved my problem, and said that what happened was something unusual. For now everything is ok here, if the problem is repeated with the company I will update the evaluation.
10/12/2021 Trying to get the duplicate of my ticket and no one answers, I keep talking to the recording infinitely and I'm also not getting through the website.

Tenho duas unidades no Piazza San Pietro
Porém não consigo acessar meus Condomínios
As unidades estão alugadas e a imobiliária já desistiu de tentar
Quando ligo para a gerente do meu condomínio para enviar por e-mail ,ela se recusa, fala para entrar no site porém não consigo visualizar as duas unidades estão cadastradas porém não é possível verificar as duas só uma.
Será que é muito incômodo a BBZ mandar por e-mail
O descaso é total, acho que vou ao procon só assim resolvem meu problema.

Sou proprietária de apto de condomínio administrado por essa "empresa". Fiz um questionamento por WhatsApp ontem as 8:50 hrs. A única resposta que tive foi: a sra é a sindica. Acredito que até mesmo por educação, poderiam ter me respondido. Respondi que não é que seria a orientação pra obter a resposta.. estou esperando até agora sábado 28/05 17:45. Descaso total e não foi a 1a vez.

I own a condominium apartment managed by this "company". I made a question by WhatsApp yesterday at 8:50 hrs. The only answer I had was: you are the union.
