★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilho, a Juliana e o assistente dela Alex fizeram um trabalho maravilhoso no meu cabelo. O corte da Juliana foi atual, moderno e fácil de mantê-lo em casa. Fiz manicure e pedicure com a Adriane, faz muito bem a unha e ela fez enquanto a Juliana e I Alex faziam meu cabelo. A limpeza de pele com peeling de ouro com a Lilian deixou minha pele limpa e radiante.
Wonderful service, Juliana and her assistant Alex did a wonderful job on my hair. Juliana's cut was current, modern and easy to keep at home. I did a manicure and pedicure with Adriane, she does my nails very well and she did it while Juliana and I Alex did my hair. The gold peeling skin cleanser with Lilian left my skin clean and radiant.

Os tratamentos realizando na terapia capilar pelo Douglas são incríveis, prepararam meu cabelo para receber as mechas feitas pela Ana Paula e sua equipe que fazem um excelente trabalho. As unhas feitas pela Adriana que são lindas. Espaço aconchegante, equipe preocupada com o bem estar do cliente, principalmente com o tempo de espera. Simplesmente amei.
Excellent service, wonderful professionals, best salon in the great victory. The treatments performed in hair therapy by Douglas are amazing, they prepared my hair to receive the locks made by Ana Paula and her team who do an excellent job. The nails done by Adriana that are beautiful. Cozy space, staff concerned with the well-being of the customer, especially with the waiting time. I simply loved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao salão para fazer mechas, simplesmente o atendimento foi péssimo, o profissional queria cobrar um valor alto por um tratamento, sendo que não foi absolutamente nada disso que eu tinha conversado antes de ir ao salão, o profissional realizou um teste de mechas que meu cabelo ficou amarelado e além disso ele não se deu ao trabalho de retirar as mechas amarelas, no mesmo dia tive que recorrer a outro salão para retirar as mechas horríveis que a pessoa que me atendeu e diz ser profissional fez, como se já não bastasse quando eu recusei o tratamento o profissional me tratou com extremo desdenho, e foi falar mal de mim com outra funcionária, pois não fez questão de disfarçar e eu ouvi absolutamente tudo. Extremamente insatisfeita com o salão e principalmente com o profissional!
I went to the salon to have wicks done, the service was simply terrible, the professional wanted to charge a high price for a treatment, and it was absolutely nothing about what I had talked about before going to the salon, the professional performed a wick test that my hair turned yellow and besides he didn't bother to remove the yellow strands, on the same day I had to go to another salon to remove the horrible strands that the person who attended me and claims to be a professional did, as if it wasn't enough when I refused the treatment, the professional treated me with extreme disdain, and went to talk badly about me with another employee, because he didn't make a point of hiding it and I heard absolutely everything. Extremely dissatisfied with the salon and especially with the professional!

I was amazed the space is cozy the professionals all very polite from the reception to the professional who serves wonderful people, a wonderful coffee to cleaning Impeccable if you don't see anything dirty on the floor the team is to be congratulated I will be back and I will definitely recommend it.
