★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked this place throughout Booking over two months ago and last Saturday I received the message saying it was cancelled. It was for 6 nights including New Year's eve and now I don't have place to stay. Booking.com said the property canceled and they have nothing to do with that. In addition, they suggested me to book another place in their website that now will cost me 3x more. Such a great customer service from both places. I have been a loyal customer for years and I cannot say how disappointed I am with Booking.com.
