★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem abordagens a pessoas que estão de férias oferecendo "brindes" e plano de férias. Fui vítima dessa abordagem e fui iludido com um plano de férias que tenho que pagar mensalidade e ainda pago novamente pra utilizar. Somando não compensa. Além disso sou rebaixado a cliente de segunda categoria não podendo utilizar o plano na alta estação. O Beach Park pode negar minha solicitação sem problemas algum porque o contrato diz que pode disponilizar hotel quando houver disponível não tem qualquer compromisso. E pra completar não me informaram de uma multa de 30% do total do contrato pra cancelar. No meu caso passa de nove mil reais! Considerei isso um golpe!
 They approach people who are on vacation offering "freebies" and plan a vacation. I fell victim to this approach and was tricked into a vacation plan that I have to pay monthly and I still pay again to use. Adding does not pay. In addition, I am downgraded to a second-rate client, not being able to use the plan in high season. Beach Park can deny my request without any problems because the contract says that it can make a hotel available when there is one available, without any commitment. And to top it off, they didn't inform me of a fine of 30% of the total contract to cancel. In my case it is over nine thousand reais! I considered this a scam!

Terrible, the call center doesn't work. Nobody answer. Do not buy the Beach Park Vacation Club as you cannot use it. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendo! Um passeio pra família toda . Fomos em 6 adultos e 2 crianças. Posso garantir que todos se divertiram . Tudo muito bem cuidado , seguindo todas as normas .
O parque é lindo , a praia do parque é linda ! Vale muito a pena . Nos dias que o parque está fechado , pudemos fazer um passeio de bugue pelas dunas e, conhecer Aquiraz.
Pretendo voltar ano que vem !
Super recommend! A walk for the whole family. We were in 6 adults and 2 children. I can guarantee that everyone had fun. Everything very well taken care of, following all the norms.
The park is beautiful, the beach in the park is beautiful! It's really worth it. On the days that the park is closed, we were able to take a buggy ride through the dunes and get to know Aquiraz.
I intend to return next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência, vendendores super mal treinados querendo enfiar de goela a baixo um venda de 130mil, resumo perdi 2 horas de diversão com a família no parque e o vendedor ainda foi super mal educado.Se forem abordados na entrada do parque com qualquer falacia de brinde e corram vão tentar vender a qualquer custo vão te ofender.
Worst experience, super poorly trained salespeople wanting to shove a sale worth 130,000 down from the throat, in summary I lost 2 hours of fun with the family in the park and the salesman was still super rude. and run will try to sell at any cost will offend you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beach Park Vacation Club é UMA CILADA!! Não caiam nessa. Os promotores são muito treinados para ludibriar as pessoas e persuadi-las a adquirir esse serviço. Infelizmente cai nessa armadilha e agora estou com sérios problemas para cancelar o contrato sem pagar a multa, mesmo realizando o pedido de distrato antes de completado 7 dias da compra.
Beach Park Vacation Club is A SCAM!! Don't fall for it. Prosecutors are highly trained to deceive people and persuade them to purchase this service. Unfortunately I fall into this trap and now I have serious problems to cancel the contract without paying the fine, even making the cancellation request within 7 days of the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia me hospedado diversas vezes nos hotéis Beach Park (Suits e Wellness) antes de adquirir o programa de pontos de hospedagem Beach Park.
O serviço é de alto nível. Os funcionários são muito bem treinados e sempre temos boas experiências nos hospedando no BeachPark.
Os motivos que me levam a qualificar o sistema Vacation Club como 3 estrelas são:
1) não foi honrado o que foi prometido pelo vendedor no CrocoBeach Claúdio Firmeza.
Ele prometeu que o serviço de massagem (e até aulas de surf) estariam inclusos no nosso pacote.
Embora o contrato diga claramente que não estava incluso, ele disse que como seria algo apenas para nossa reserva, haveria uma observação “agendamento de serviços”. Ao me hospedar, ninguém quer honrar essa “observação” como sendo incluso massagem e querem algo por escrito. E dizem nunca terem ouvido falar de aulas de surf oferecido pelo hotel.
O vendedor deu o número de telefone dele e como todo vendedor “pode mandar mensagem a qualquer hora caso tenha qualquer problema”. É claro que ele não responde minhas mensagens.
Isso gera uma quebra de expectativa que e falta de confiança que jamais irei contratar o serviço de pontos do BeachPark novamente.
2) O cartão vacation club nunca funciona e preciso aguardar 15-20min até aparecer um gerente para aplicar desconto nas lojas de consumo.
I had already stayed at Beach Park hotels several times (Suits and Wellness) before purchasing the Beach Park accommodation points program.
The service is top notch. The staff are very well trained and we always have good experiences staying at BeachPark.
The reasons that lead me to qualify the Vacation Club system as 3 stars are:
1) what was promised by the seller at CrocoBeach Claúdio Firmeza was not honored.
He promised that massage services (and even surf lessons) would be included in our package.
Although the contract clearly says that it was not included, he said that since it would be something for our booking only, there would be a “scheduling of services” note. When I stay, no one wants to honor this “observation” as including massage and they want something in writing. And they say they have never heard of surf lessons offered by the hotel.
The seller gave his phone number and like any seller “you can message me anytime if you have any problems”. Of course he doesn't answer my messages.
This generates a breach of expectation that and lack of confidence that I will never hire the BeachPark points service again.
2) The vacation club card never works and I have to wait 15-20min until a manager appears to apply a discount at the consumer stores.
