I do not know the place yet , but if you pay for the class and it can not be replaced , it is not a correct attitude . But I'm going to check it out to see how it works.

vc simplesmente paga uma mensalidade pra teoricamente fazer aula no mes todo, POREM, se chover, problema é seu.... vc perde a aula e eles NAO REPOEM A AULA, alegando que seria CONDIÇÃO DE JOGO!!! porém se vc falar que quer fazer a aula (que vc ja pagou) na chuva mesmo, ELES FALAM QUE NAO TEM COMO PQ A AULA FOI CANCELADA????????? ou seja..... vc paga e reza! achei isso um total desrespeito com os alunos.... principalmente pq questionei isso em um grupo que estao todos os proprietário, professores, responsáveis etc.... e fui ignorada com sucesso!!! DICA pra quem estiver pensando em fazer aula la, NAO FECHAR PLANO MENSAL.... pq corre o risco de vc pagar e não ter NENHUMA aula no mes ( como nesse mesmo grupo vi o relato de uma pessoa falando , além de mim, exatamente isso.... pagou dezembro e nao teve NENHUMA AULA)... pq afinal, é apenas condiçao de jogo sem opção do aluno ter aula kkkkkkkk é rir pra não chorar!

you just pay a monthly fee to theoretically take classes for the whole month, BUT, if it rains, it's your problem .... you miss the class and they DO NOT RESUME THE CLASS, claiming it would be a PLAYING CONDITION !!! but if you say you want to take the class (which you already paid for) in the rain, THEY SAY THAT THE CLASS IS NOT CANCELED ????????? that is ..... you pay and pray! I found this a total disrespect for the students .... mainly because I questioned this in a group that is all the owners, teachers, guardians etc ... and I was ignored with success !!! TIP for those who are thinking about taking a class there, DO NOT CLOSE MONTHLY PLAN .... because you run the risk of paying and not having ANY class in the month (as in this same group I saw the report of a person speaking, besides me, exactly that .... paid for December and had NO CLASSES) ... because after all, it is just a condition of the game without the student's option to have class kkkkkkkk is to laugh not to cry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local é legal, os professores sao legais, mas o atendimento por whatsapp é pessimo. Voce nao consegue resolver absolutamente nada. Tem que quase pedir perdão para uma resposta.
The place is nice, the teachers are nice, but the whatsapp service is terrible. You can't solve anything at all. You almost have to ask forgiveness for an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De fato, o atendimento deixa a desejar. Eu quase implorei para receber os horários pra fechar o pacote. Porém, quando soube que não entregam o que vendem, desisti. O modelo de negócio não é legal. Só vendem pacotes de no mínimo 3 meses, limitado a 12 aulas e se chover ou tiver feriado, problema é do aluno. Nunca vi isso. Fechando com o concorrente.
In fact, the service leaves something to be desired. I almost begged to receive the times to close the package. However, when I learned that they don't deliver what they sell, I gave up. The business model is not cool. They only sell packages of at least 3 months, limited to 12 classes and if it rains or has a holiday, it's the student's problem. I never saw it. Closing with the competitor.
