Muito bem cuidado, limpo, funcionários educados, gentis e solícitos.
Café da manhã bom e com todos os cuidados de higiene.
Quarto amplo.
Localização em frente à praia.
Minha única sugestão é que seja firmemente proibida a utilização de caixinhas de som na piscina e nos ambientes comuns. Aconteceu em todos os dias e é um HORROR! Apesar de termos recebido a orientação dessa proibição quando realizamos a reserva, na verdade, alguns hóspedes ligaram suas caixinhas na piscina, em alto volume e não foram repreendidos. Quando eu questionei o garçom, ele disse que não sabia da proibição.

Very well maintained, clean, polite, kind and helpful staff.
Good breakfast and all hygiene care.

Beachfront location.
My only suggestion is that the use of loudspeakers in the pool and in common areas be firmly prohibited. It happened every day and it's a HORROR! Although we were guided by this prohibition when we made the reservation, some guests actually plugged their boxes into the pool at high volume and were not reprimanded. When I questioned the waiter, he said he didn't know about the ban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é melhor do que aparece nas fotos, boa localização, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários educados, piscina imensa e limpa. Fiz a reserva com muito receio pois, li muitos comentários que tem rãs no quarto, infelizmente se confirmou e estraga um pouco o conforto do quarto. Pelos vários relatos o hotel já deveria ter resolvido o problema. A moça da faxina me confirmou que a reclamação é constante e que geralmente só aparece a noite, como foi meu caso. Não voltaria mais por conta disso, morro de medo.Também falta um espelho de corpo inteiro e box no banheiro.
The hotel is better than it appears in the photos, good location, great breakfast, polite staff, huge and clean pool. I made the reservation with great fear because I read many reviews that there are frogs in the room, unfortunately it was confirmed and spoils the comfort of the room a little. According to various reports, the hotel should have already solved the problem. The cleaning lady confirmed to me that the complaint is constant and that it usually only appears at night, as was my case. I wouldn't come back because of that, I'm scared to death. There's also a full-length mirror and a shower stall in the bathroom.

The chalet-style suite is spacious, clean and very pleasant. Breakfast is great. The staff are very attentive. The pool is wonderful. I also liked the pool towels, this is great!!!
