★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ideia do local é bem bacana. Mas está mal estruturado/organizado. Equipe não comporta a quantidade de público (no dia que fui). Preço alto para uma linguiça simples (qur veio queimada), e que não tem nada demais. O Chopp pilsen é muito ruim, aguado e caro (12 reais). Os próprios funcionários falaram que é ruim, mas os donos não ouviram seus funcionários (nem os clientes). Os outros Chopps são melhores. Demora para servir, uma porção de linguiça com mandioca demorou 1h20 pra chegar, caipirinha demorou tanto que cancelamos e fomos embora. 2 estrelas pela vibe do local e educação da equipe. Mas não compensou ir. Experiência foi bem ruim.
The idea of the place is really cool. But it is poorly structured/organized. The team does not support the amount of public (on the day I went). High price for a simple sausage (qur came burnt), and there's nothing special. The Chopp pilsen is very bad, watery and expensive (12 reais). The employees themselves said it's bad, but the owners didn't listen to their employees (nor the customers). The other chopps are better. It takes a while to serve, a portion of sausage with cassava took 1h20 to arrive, caipirinha took so long that we canceled and left. 2 stars for the vibe of the place and the politeness of the staff. But it didn't pay to go. Experience was pretty bad.

Não foi a primeira vez que tive problemas com a demora pelo atendimento, mas sempre entendi pela questão do bar estar bastante cheio, porém na última vez estava com meus amigos e a funcionária me ofereceu a promoção de 3 chopps Pilsen (que é bem ruim e aguado) mas resolvi aceitar para experimentar, logo depois de consumir apenas 2, eu pedi para que viesse outro chopp, já que seriam 3 e ela acabou se confundindo e dizendo que eu não teria direito a outro chopp. Ela voltou com a gerente na minha mesa e sem minha bebida.
A gerente bastante ríspida, veio me perguntando de forma grosseira o que havia acontecido e sem entender nada disse que estava certa. Ela acabou disponibilizando outro chopp, porém a situação foi bastante desconfortável e poderia ter sido evitada.
A funcionária apesar de ter se confundido com a quantidade das bebidas, foi bastante educada no atendimento, diferente da gerente que não agiu de forma adequada.

Nice and pleasant atmosphere, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
It wasn't the first time I had problems with the delay in service, but I always understood that the bar was quite full, but the last time I was with my friends and the employee offered me the promotion of 3 Pilsen chopps (which is very bad and watery) but I decided to accept to try it, soon after consuming only 2, I asked for another beer to come, since there would be 3 and she ended up getting confused and saying that I wouldn't have the right to another beer. She came back with the manager at my table and without my drink.
The very rude manager came asking me rudely what had happened and without understanding anything said that she was right. She ended up offering another beer, but the situation was quite uncomfortable and could have been avoided.
The employee, despite being confused with the amount of drinks, was very polite in the service, unlike the manager who did not act properly.

Achei o atendimento muito bom! Tem a opção de você mesmo se servir também e, ao optar por esse estilo, você senta numa área separada com outro estilo de cadeira.
A comida é muito gostosa, chegou super rápido e o chopp foi bem tirado.
A batata rústica estava uma delícia.
E achei o preço bem acessível. Fomos em três pessoas e comemos com bastante fartura, a porção de batata nem era tão necessária, mas a gente queria experimentar.
Já estou fazendo planos pra voltar :)
I really liked it!
I found the service very good! You have the option of helping yourself too and, when choosing this style, you sit in a separate area with another style of chair.
The food is very delicious, it arrived super fast and the beer was well taken.
The rustic potato was delicious.
And I found the price very affordable. We went with three people and ate a lot, the potato portion wasn't even necessary, but we wanted to try it.
I'm already making plans to go back :)
