Única Crítica é relacionado a transportadora que trouxe meu veículo (transportadora não faz parte da concessionária).
Comprei um Sandero Stepway 2018/19 tudo feito remotamente, pois moro no estado do Pará.
Tive um ótimo atendimento do vendedor Ítalo, que me esclareceu todas as dúvidas quanto ao veículo, pagamento e transporte. Recebi o carro no meu Estado, sem a necessidade de comparecer na loja, o que seria inviável pra mim se deslocar até MG e trazer o veículo.
Minha única crítica é em relação a transportadora que não foi transparente em relação ao tempo de entrega e valor do frete. Tbm quando recebi o veículo o mesmo tinha vários arranhões na lataria decorrente do transporte pois no ato da compra, tanto por fotos e por filmagens feita pelo vendedor o carro estava isento de danos. Tbm recebi o carro sem o check-list do veículo que deve ser feito antes do embarque na cidade origem para verificar o que foi danificado no caminho.
O carro está em bom estado e além da manutenção preventiva, vou ter que trocar os amortecedores dianteiro pois está com um barulho estranho e foi diagnosticado pelo mecânico defeito no amortecedor.

Only Criticism is related to the carrier that brought my vehicle (carrier is not part of the dealership).
I bought a 2018/19 Sandero Stepway all done remotely, as I live in the state of Pará.
I had a great service from the seller Italo, who clarified all my doubts about the vehicle, payment and transport. I received the car in my state, without the need to go to the store, which would be impossible for me to travel to MG and bring the vehicle.
My only criticism is regarding the carrier that was not transparent about delivery time and shipping cost. Also when I received the vehicle it had several scratches on the bodywork resulting from transport because at the time of purchase, both by photos and by footage made by the seller the car was free from damage. I also received the car without the vehicle check-list that must be done before boarding in the city of origin to check what was damaged on the way.
The car is in good condition and in addition to preventive maintenance, I will have to change the front shock absorbers because it has a strange noise and was diagnosed by the mechanic as a defect in the shock absorber.
