★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom, no sentido da cordialidade dos funcionários, mas está longe de ser uma cafeteria. Os atendentes responsáveis pela extração do café definitivamente não são baristas. O café moído não foi compactado e o leite é "espumado" de qualquer maneira, deaneira desatenta, como se a ideia fosse aquecê-lo e deixá-lo com bolhas no topo. Falta, na minha opinião, capacitação adequada aos funcionários, um detalhe que faz toda a diferença.
O ambiente é agradável, a loja é ampla com espaço externo com alguns lugares para sentar. Fácil de estacionar e bastante seguro também, posto que fica dentro de uma unidade do Bom Preço, na Ponta Verde.
The service is very good, in the sense of the cordiality of the employees, but it is far from being a cafeteria. The attendants responsible for extracting the coffee are definitely not baristas. The ground coffee has not been compacted and the milk is "frothed" anyway, carelessly, as if the idea were to heat it up and leave it with bubbles on top. In my opinion, adequate training for employees is lacking, a detail that makes all the difference.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the store is large with an outdoor space with some places to sit. Easy to park and very safe too, as it is located inside a Bompreço unit, in Ponta Verde.
