The Beauty Bar is always an enjoyable experience. The lounge is spacious, pleasant, all the staff are friendly and attentive and the quality of the service is always satisfactory. Their brushing plan is innovative and very advantageous, super recommended.

On my birthday I went to do hair and makeup. The makeup was very poorly done and smudged. I had to redo it at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Em março de 2020 realizei a compra do combo formanda em Casa Forte, porém com a pandemia a festa foi adiada e o salão fechou, como todos os outros estabelecimentos. Sempre entrava em contato com a equipe de funcionários, via telefone, e-mail e até pessoalmente e SEMPRE fui informada que quando a nova data fosse marcada era só informar e marcar pelo site que eu poderia utilizar os 3 COMBOS. Minha formatura foi agendada e compareci PESSOALMENTE da unidade de Casa Forte e fui informada pela funcionária que eu poderia sim agendar e utilizar os 3 COMBOS que havia comprado anteriormente sem nenhum problema (por e-mail também), podendo inclusive repassar 1 combo para outra pessoa caso eu não quisesse utilizar os 3 combos. No dia 05/05 precisei usar 1 combo, porém fui informada que eu não teria o direito de utilizar 3 COMBOS, mas sim apenas um crédito no valor que havia comprado, alegando que não poderiam arcar com os outros combos, sabendo que o crédito disponível não daria nem pra utilizar 2 combos. Solicitei então a devolução do dinheiro, pois eu não estava solicitando que ARCASSEM com maquiagem e penteado, mas sim repassar uma INFORMAÇÃO CORRETA aos clientes, e não deixar pra chegar no dia e informar que não poderia utilizar. O mínimo que deveria ser feito era SEMPRE me informar que eu não teria mais direito aos 3 combos, mas sim ao crédito, devido a pandemia. Contudo, vejo que vocês não prezam pelo atendimento ao cliente, muito menos orientam funcionários para repassar informação CORRETA, até porque cheguei a falar com mais de 3 funcionários e em nenhum momento nenhum deles me informou que eu não poderia utilizar. O mínimo que eu gostaria era respeito e ter informação de forma CORRETA. Uma EMPRESA SÉRIA valoriza a qualidade no atendimento, não dizer uma coisa e fazer outra totalmente diferente. NÃO INDICO O ESTABELECIMENTO A MAIS NINGUÉM! PÉSSIMO!
Bad experience! In March 2020 I made the purchase of the combo trainee in Casa Forte, but with the pandemic the party was postponed and the salon closed, like all other establishments. I always got in touch with the staff, via phone, email and even in person and I was ALWAYS informed that when the new date was set, it was just a matter of informing and booking through the website that I could use the 3 COMBOS. My graduation was scheduled and I attended the Casa Forte unit in person and was informed by the employee that I could schedule and use the 3 COMBOS I had previously purchased without any problem (by email too), and I could even pass on 1 combo to someone else in case I didn't want to use the 3 combos. On 05/05 I needed to use 1 combo, but I was informed that I would not have the right to use 3 COMBOS, but only a credit for the amount I had purchased, claiming that they could not afford the other combos, knowing that the available credit I wouldn't even be able to use 2 combos. I then requested a refund of the money, as I was not asking them to BEAR with makeup and hairstyle, but to pass on CORRECT INFORMATION to customers, and not leave it to arrive on the day and inform that I could not use it. The least that should be done was ALWAYS inform me that I would no longer be entitled to the 3 combos, but to credit, due to the pandemic. However, I see that you don't value customer service, much less guide employees to pass on CORRECT information, because I got to talk to more than 3 employees and at no time did any of them inform me that I couldn't use it. The least I would like was respect and having the CORRECT information. A SERIOUS COMPANY values quality in service, not saying one thing and doing something totally different. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE ELSE! TERRIBLE!
