★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um Horário com o profissional Antônio, que estava com a agenda lotada, no meio de uma pandemia, foi capaz de fazer o cabelo de 3 pessoas antes de tocar no meu cabelo, depois lavou meu cabelo e deixou molhado e foi atender outra pessoa, dai passou o produto e foi atender mais uma pessoa, nesse momento reclamei e ele me disse que seria ultima a ser atendida, queria correr dali, de qualquer jeito, e ele me obrigou a tirar o produto, não foi ele quem tirou no fim, o profissional que tirou que se ofereceu pra fazer uma escova, para que eu não saísse com o cabelo molhado novamente, afinal esta bem frio esse dias, esse profissional eu agradeço e digo obrigada! Ao outro digo, sou mulher preciso de uma boa imagem para quase tudo que faço na vida e você me tirou esse direito, me tratou muito mau e nem um desculpa me disse... sou de risco!! e vc diz que é minha culpa não avisar, quando eu liguei marquei e disse exatamente o que eu queria !
