Os profissionais são ótimos e lamento muito, pois não volto àquele local. Mas uma gerente que não sabe lidar com o publico, responsabiliza funcionários subordinados e QUE NÃO ESTÃO PRESENTES no momento e que não sabe como contornar situações adversas, visando atender a demanda do estabelecimento E TAMBÉM manter o cliente satisfeito, deveria estar trabalhando em algo que não implique em atender o publico. NÃO RECOMENDO O SALÃO.
I was very poorly answered by the MANAGER who, given the incorrect prices provided by his staff, could not handle the situation and was rude. The professionals are great and I am very sorry, because I do not return to that place. But a manager who can't deal with the public blames subordinate employees who are NOT present at the moment and who doesn't know how to get around adverse situations in order to meet the demand of the establishment AND also keep the customer happy, should be working on something that doesn't implicate in serving the public. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HALL.
