A última vez que fiz luzes a mais ou menos dois anos atrás foi no ROM concept com o dono do salão : o Romeu e seu assistente Samuel.
Sempre procurei o melhor lugar pois meu cabelo é tri-fino e quebra se não tiver muito, muito cuidado, tenho 44 anos e já passei em vários cabeleireiros todos do jardins e os mais famosos e bem conceituados, pois achava que iriam tomar todo o cuidado e usar os melhores produtos nos meus preciosos fios, falo preciosos porque nós mulheres cuidamos tanto e ficamos muito mais felizes quando eles estão lindos, bem hidratados, sem frizz e nada quebrados.
Pois é …. só que lá no Romeu perdi meu cabelo todo, pior experiência da minha vida.
Questionei lá mas me disseram que não havia acontecido nada. Desisti de ir novamente e reclamar pois vi que não iria adiantar nada, estava totalmente desanimada, fiz alguns tratamentos e hidratações e não acreditava em nenhum salão, afinal minhas experiências foram as piores possíveis, até que conheci a Elis e o Júnior.
Foram dois anos até eu decidir em conjunto com eles em fazer novamente as luzes.
Como eu disse, já fui em muitos lugares mas em nenhum absolutamente nenhum lugar teve o cuidado que esses dois profissionais tiveram comigo, não os troco por ninguém, “FIZ AS LUZES E NÃO TIVE NENHUM FIO QUEBRADO”
Nota 10 com louvor para Elis e Júnior.. eles são extremamente cuidadosos e realmente sabem o que estão fazendo, cuidam de cada fio como se fosse uma joia.
Única coisa que acho que poderia melhorar é ter um pouco mais de exclusividade e conforto pois devido ao super cuidado que eles tomam fiquei mais tempo no salão e se eu estivesse em um lugar mais tranquilo poderia levar minhas marmitinhas e meu chimarrão para ficar mais à vontade.
Elis e Júnior vocês são os melhores, obrigada por cuidar de mim com tanto amor e carinho.

I questioned there but they told me that nothing had happened. I gave up going again and complaining because I saw that it wouldn't do any good, I was totally discouraged, I did some treatments and hydration and I didn't believe in any salon, after all my experiences were the worst possible, until I met Elis and Júnior.
It took two years until I decided together with them to do the lights again.
As I said, I've been to many places but nowhere, absolutely, did I have the care that these two professionals had with me, I don't change them for anyone, "I MADE THE LIGHTS AND I DID NOT HAVE ANY BROKEN WIRE"
Grade 10 with praise for Elis and Júnior... they are extremely careful and really know what they are doing, they take care of each strand like a jewel.
The only thing I think I could improve is having a little more exclusivity and comfort because, due to the super care they take, I spent more time in the salon and if I were in a quieter place I could take my lunchboxes and my chimarrão to make myself more comfortable. .
Elis and Júnior you are the best, thank you for taking care of me with so much love and affection.

Uma cliente após pagar pelo serviço de forma super educada foi expressar sua opinião sobre o serviço realizado em suas unhas (realmente a manicure machucou toda a mão da moça) porém a dona do estabelecimento super mal educada em tom de voz alto e de forma grosseira pediu para a cliente se retirar do salão e disse que ela não era bem vinda lá e que não era pra ela nunca mais pisar lá!
E depois gritava:
- xispa daqui vc não é bem vinda!!!
Super constrangedora a situação…
Eu NUNCA mais voltarei e não indico mais ninguém este salão q trata assim suas clientes q só expressam sua opinião!
Obs: Esta resposta mais uma vez demonstra o despreparo e desrespeito com seus clientes…
Vou tentar achar esta moça q foi expulsa indevidamente do vosso salão e incentiva lá a mover uma ação de danos morais e terei o maior prazer em testemunhar a favor dela!
Aí a senhora terá a prova q está me pedindo! ?

Cheguei no salão com cabelo detonado, manchado, corte torto, e eles simplesmente transformaram meu cabelo e o mais importante: DERAM UM UPGRADE NA MINHA AUTO-ESTIMA!!! O resultado ficou melhor do que eu pedi/esperava. Valeu cada segundo e centavo, afinal, o melhor desse investimento é o retorno em sentimento de felicidade e satisfação!!
Foram atenciosos e queridos desde a recepção, com bate-papo, sempre agradáveis, delicados e muito divertidos!
O salão é enorme, com excelente infra-estrutura e atendimento impecável.

Fernanda Liberati and Eduardo Molina are INCREDIBLE!!! I arrived at the salon with damaged, stained, crooked hair, and they simply transformed my hair and most importantly: UPGRADED MY SELF-ESTEEM!!! The result was better than I asked/expected. It was worth every second and penny, after all, the best part of this investment is the return in feelings of happiness and satisfaction!!
They were attentive and sweet from the reception, with chat, always pleasant, delicate and a lot of fun!
The salon is huge, with excellent infrastructure and impeccable service.
