Pontos a Melhorar:
1. Treinar melhor os funcionários no quesito orientações sobre o que tem q ser feito antes do exame (jejum, etc)
2. Treinar funcionário que tira o sangue a mostrar o nome do paciente nos frascos, após retirada, para confirmação.
3. Melhorar qualidade do band-aid pois o que foi utilizado em mim foi bem difícil de ser removido.
Pontos POSITIVOS:
1. O meu atendimento foi rápido, funcionários simpáticos;
2. Local limpo ;
3. Ótima localização;
4. Tempo para recebimento de exame rápido.
I will leave my feedback, for the evolution of the company:
Points to improve:
1. Train employees better in terms of what to do before the exam (fasting, etc.)
2. Train an employee who takes the blood to show the patient's name on the vials, after withdrawal, for confirmation.
3. Improve the quality of the band-aid because what was used on me was very difficult to remove.
Strengths:
1. My service was quick, the staff were friendly;
2. Clean place;
3. Great location;
4. Time to receive a quick exam.
