Dia 16/04 (sexta feira) fui até a loja para comprar uma película para meu moto g8 e o vendedor me apresentou uma película ultragel, enfim, aceitei e ele foi tentar colocar a película (a película cabia perfeitamente no celular, ocupava toda a tela), depois de duas tentativas falhas onde o vendedor tentou colocar a película mas ela não fixava (só ai levou uns 15 minutos).
Aí estranhei pois ele foi atrás do balcão para colocar a película, ele foi lá colocou e paguei (infelizmente cometi o erro de não conferir antes mas não justifica o ato de má fé do vendedor). Mas ao sair da loja, notei que a película era diferente, não ocupava toda a tela e percebi que não era uma película para o modelo do meu celular. Voltei e educadamente falei sobre a película e ele falou que iria trocar, passados mais alguns minutos dele tentando colocar a película atrás do balcão ele volta com outra película posta MAS MAIS UMA VEZ NÃO ERA A DO MEU APARELHO.
Fiquei nervoso mas não falei nada nem questionei pois ja estava atrasado e infelizmente já tinha pago. Enfim não comprem desta loja!
SHOP WITH VENDORS THAT FIND CUSTOMERS, DO NOT BUY THIS PLACE!
On 16/04 (Friday) I went to the store to buy a film for my moto g8 and the seller presented me with an ultra-thin film, in short, I accepted it and he went to try to put the film on (the film fit perfectly in the cell phone, occupied the entire screen), after two failed attempts where the seller tried to place the film but it didn’t fix (it only took about 15 minutes).
Then I was surprised because he went behind the counter to put the film, he went there and paid (unfortunately I made the mistake of not checking it before but it doesn't justify the seller's bad faith). But when I left the store, I noticed that the film was different, it did not occupy the entire screen and I realized that it was not a film for the model of my cell phone. I came back and politely talked about the film and he said he would change it, after a few more minutes of trying to put the film behind the counter he comes back with another film put BUT ONCE AGAIN WAS NOT MY APPLIANCE.
I was nervous but I didn't say anything or question because I was already late and unfortunately I had already paid. Anyway don't buy from this store!
