Mentira. a funcionária estava fazendo dois atendimentos ao mesmo tempo. O pior é que funcionários pareciam estar de mal humor. Tô fora nunca mais.
Terrible attendance. After waiting almost 2 hours. I gave up. Only one employee answering. The person in charge when I arrived told me that there was only one person in front of me. Lie. the employee was making two calls at the same time. The worst is that employees seemed to be in a bad mood. I'm never out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível parecem que estão de mau humor e fazendo um grande favor na unidade de Madureira. Levei meu filho de 8 anos no dia 19/01/21 e saiu com um corte na orelha que sangrou bastante. A funcionária tentou esconder nem me comunicou. Nunca mais volto nesta. Cabível de processo.
Horrible service they seem to be in a bad mood and doing a big favor at the Madureira unit. I took my 8 year old son on 1/19/21 and left with a cut on his ear that bled a lot. The clerk tried to hide it or tell me. I'll never come back to this. Process applicable.
