Dessa vez fui pedir pelo WhatsApp direto com eles por achar que seria mais prático. Demoram responder, levaram 1 hora e 10 esperando entre fazer pedido e entrega, simplesmente falam que não tem. Mostrei minha frustração (com respeito acima de tudo) devido a demora e a falta de aviso. Se quer um pedido de desculpas ou algo do tipo, simplesmente respondeu “cancela?”. Uma desculpa era mínimo que espera, por questão de educação e empatia. Acabei pedindo no Zé Delivery em outro lugar e chegou em menos de 10 minutos.
I always asked them for ifood, very cold beer and service was good when I needed support. I always praised in the evaluations. This time I went to ask for WhatsApp directly with them because I thought it would be more practical. They take a long time to answer, they took 1 hour and 10 waiting between ordering and delivery, they simply say they don't have one. I showed my frustration (with respect above all) due to the delay and the lack of warning. If you want an apology or something, simply answer "cancel?". An excuse was minimal to expect, for the sake of education and empathy. I ended up ordering at Zé Delivery somewhere else and it arrived in less than 10 minutes.
