★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos ( Eu, esposa e filha) na loja as 21h34min e não fomos atendidos. Primeiro a atendente informou que a loja estava fechando (mas o horário é até as 22h), depois informaram que tinham que limpar a loja e por isso não podiam atender. Após Eu questionar que faltavam mais de 20 min para fechar a loja, a atendente disse que a máquina onde pesa o açaí estava quebrada.
Edição: Fiz contato com o responsável, fui bem atendido, se desculpou e irá orientar as funcionárias para atender enquanto as portas estiverem abertas.
We arrived (me, wife and daughter) at the store at 9:34 pm and were not served. First the attendant informed that the store was closing (but the time is until 22h), then they informed that they had to clean the store and therefore they could not attend. After I questioned that it was more than 20 min to close the store, the attendant said that the machine where the açaí weighs was broken.
Editing: I made contact with the person in charge, I was well attended, apologized and will guide the employees to answer while the doors are open.

The products are very good, the price isn't bad, the only thing I don't like is that there's only one attendant there, sometimes it takes a while.

Senti falta de uma opção zero açúcar, já que sou diabético. No quadro de Opções do Dia é quase impossível enxergar os preços.
Well decorated, well lit, ice cream replacement being done properly. Good variation of ice cream flavors and all described, good number of options in the size of the glasses. I missed a zero sugar option, since I am diabetic. In the options of the day it is almost impossible to see prices.

I bought a 5L pot of açaí with banana, but the açaí passed away, it doesn't taste like anything. If you don't improve the quality, you will lose the customer.
