★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far one ofcthe best hotels in Belem, Brasil. They have one of, if not the best staff ever.....excellent service from all, polite, helpful and accomodating, they will go the length and breath to ensure you are ok. I remember my wife was ill and needed some medication, one member of staff took the bus and bought the medication that she needed, because the hotel did not have any at the time.
My family speaks English and the staff speak Portugese, but they were very patient and helpful with us through the communication barrier.
My only concern is the location of the hotel, its not the best, but the hotel amenities, the excellent service and great staff, compensated for that.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great get away for vacationers, business travellers and all who desire to visit belem, Brasil and how could I forget... it has the best price.
